المستخلص: الحمد لله حمدا لك يا من نورت قلوبنا بنور المعرفة والإيمان، وشرحت صدورنا للإسلام، فلك المنة على هذه المنة، ولك الفضل والإحسان في سائر الأكوان، وأصلي وأسلم على خير الأنام، محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن سار على هداه. لذا اخترت في بحثي المتواضع (تخريج أحاديث كشاف القناع عن متن الإقناع للبهوتي، كتاب الصيد أنموذج)، والوقوف على حقيقة حال الأحاديث التي استدل بها الإمام البهوتي رحمه الله وتمييز صحيحها من سقيمها. ولعل من المفيد التأكيد أن ميلي الشديد لعلم الحديث دفعني إلى كتابة هذا الموضوع والوقوف على سيرة هذا الإمام الفذ الذي يعد من كبار أئمة المذهب، وشيخ الحنابلة وإمامهم في مصر، وكان- رحمه الله- عالما عاملا ورعا، متبحرا في سائر العلوم، رحل الناس إليه من الآفاق، لأجل أخذ مذهب الإمام أحمد رحمه الله. وعلى المستوى التطبيقي فإنني أسير على وفق القواعد المتبعة في جمع الأحاديث ودراستها، فأذكر متن الحديث الذي ذكره الإمام، وأقوم بتخريجه من كتب السنة كافة، ومن ثم أحكم على الحديث. واستكمالا لهذا البحث المتواضع رتبت خطة فيه المقدمة- والتي كشفت عن الموضوع، ويان أهمية الموضوع، والدوافع التي دفعتني إلى الكتابة في الموضوع، وذكر منهجيتي، وخطتي في البحث، تتكون من مبحثين، وخاتمة: المبحث الأول: التعريف بالإمام منصور بن يونس البهوتي. المبحث الثاني: الأحاديث الواردة في كتاب الصيد. وآخرها الخاتمة، دونت فيها النتائج التي توصلت إليها. وختاما أحمد الله تعالى على تيسيره وعونه لي في هذا البحث واسأله تعالى التوفيق في الدنيا والآخرة. وصلى الله على خاتم الأنبياء والمرسلين نبينا محمد. وعلى آله وصحبه والتابعين لهم إلى يوم الدين، وسلم تسليما كثيرا.

Praise be to God, praise be to You, O You who enlightened our hearts with the light of knowledge and faith, and opened our hearts to Islam. You have the grace for this fa¬vor, and the grace and benevolence are yours in all the universes, and I pray and greet the best of people, Muhammad and his family and companions and those who walk on his guidance . Therefore, in my modest research, I chose (the transcription of the hadiths of Kashf al-Qinaa’ on the board of persuasion by al-Bahooti, Kitab al-Sayd as a model), and to stand on the reality of the hadiths that Imam al-Bahuti inferred, may God have mercy on him, and to distinguish the correct ones from the weak ones. Perhaps it is useful to confirm my strong inclination to the science of hadith that prompt¬ed me to write this topic and to find out the biography of this outstanding imam, who is considered one of the great imams of the madhhab, and the sheikh of the Hanbalis and their imam in Egypt, and he was - may God have mercy on him - a scholar who works and pious, and who is well versed in all sciences. People traveled to him From the horizons, in order to take the doctrine of Ahmad, may God have mercy on him. And as a continuation of this modest research, I arranged a plan in which this is the in¬troduction, which revealed the topic, the importance of the topic, the motives that prompted me to write on the topic, and mentioned my methodology and plan in the research, consist¬ing of two topics, and a conclusion: The first topic: Introducing Imam Mansour bin Yunus Al-Bahuti. The second topic: the hadiths contained in the Book of Hunting. The last of which is the conclusion, in which I wrote down my findings. In conclusion, I thank God Almighty for facilitating and helping me in this research, and I ask Him for success in this world and the Hereafter. And may God’s blessings and peace be upon the seal of the prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, his family, companions, and those who follow them until the Day of Judgment, and peace be upon him abundantly.
