المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع توظيف مواد البناء التقليدية المستدامة في العمارة الحديثة -الإمارات العربية المتحدة؛ وكيفية الاستفادة منها وتوظيفها في العمارة الحديثة بغرض الحفاظ على الهوية التراثية والثقافية للمسكن الإماراتي وللحد من الظروف الطبيعية القاسية للدولة، وتقديم معلومات علمية وفنية عن فوائدها لفئات المهنيين، تطرقت الدراسة إلى أنواع وتقنيات مواد البناء وكذلك أشكال البيوت التقليدية في الإمارات كما تطرقت إلى إيجابيات وسلبيات مواد البناء التقليدية، تم تحليل عينة محلية في كيفية تطبيقات مواد البناء للبيت التقليدي، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على الأسئلة الآتية: إلى أي مدي يمكن توظيف مواد البناء المستدامة في العمارة الداخلية في الإمارات ؟ هل يمكن الحد من الظروف الطبيعية القاسية للإمارات باستخدام مواد بناء تقليدية مستدامة في العمارة الحديثة؟ اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت أدوات الدراسة الاستبانة، والمقابلة، والملاحظة، وتمثل مجال الدراسة في دراسة البيوت التقليدية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الشارقة أنموذجاً، ومثل مجتمع الدراسة العام سكان مواطني أمارة الشارقة بمختلف تخصصاتهم، بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (100)، وتم اختيارها عشوائيا وتوصل الباحث إلي عدد من النتائج والتوصيات: أهمها أولا : نتايج العينة تتوفر في عينة الدراسة عناصر معمارية تقليدية مختلفة وخامات بناء مستدامة تقليدية في الإكساء لتوفرها في البيئة المحلية، وظفت مادة الصخور المرجانبة في العينة التي جعلت البيت متماسكاً لفترة طويلة من الزمن بالإضافة لحلول التهوية (الملاقف الهوائية والبراجيل) التي بنيت بهيكل بناء تقليدي من أخشاب مقاومة للمناخ، ومن أهم النتائج العامة أن مواد البناء المحلية في العمارة التقليدية يجسد التجاوب مع البيئة المحلية والموارد المحيطة، بعض طرق البناء التقليدية أثبتت إنها أكثر جدوي من استخدامات مواد البناء الحديثة؛ يمكن الاستفادة من مواد البناء التقليدية وطرق التنمية المستدامة فيها في العمارة المعاصرة، كما أوصت الدراسة بشجيع استخدام مواد البناء التقليدية ودمجها مع مواد البناء الحديثة، الاستفادة من الفنيين القدامى في مجال البناء التقليدي، طرق البناء بالمواد التقليدية يجب أن تُضمّن في المناهج الأكاديمية، ويوصي بالاستفادة من خصائص المواد الحديثة وإيجابياتها المتعددة في عملية البناء في حدود المعقول مع مراعا استخدام المواد المستدامة جنبا إلى جنب.

This study dealt with the issue of employing sustainable traditional building materials in modern architecture - United Arab Emirates; And how to benefit from it and employ it in modern architecture in order to preserve the heritage and cultural identity of the Emirati dwelling and to reduce the harsh natural conditions of the state, and to provide scientific and technical information about its benefits to categories of professionals. The pros and cons of traditional building materials. A local sample was analyzed in how to apply building materials to the traditional house. The problem of the study was to answer the following questions: To what extent can sustainable building materials be employed in interior architecture in the UAE? Is it possible to reduce the harsh natural conditions of the Emirates by using sustainable traditional building materials in modern architecture? The researcher relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and the tools of the study were the questionnaire, the interview, and the observation, and the field of study represented in the study of traditional houses in the United Arab Emirates, Sharjah as a model. (100), and they were randomly selected. The researcher came to a number of results and recommendations: the most important of them are the first: the results of the sample. The study sample has different traditional architectural elements and traditional sustainable building materials in the cladding due to their availability in the local environment. Consistent for a long period of time in addition to the ventilation solutions (air catchers and barrels) that were built with a traditional building structure of climate-resistant wood, and one of the most important general results is that the local building materials in traditional architecture embody the response to the local environment and surrounding resources, some traditional building methods have proven to be more feasibility of the uses of modern building materials; Traditional building materials and sustainable development methods can be used in contemporary architecture. The study also recommended encouraging the use of traditional building materials and merging them with modern building materials. Benefiting from old technicians in the field of traditional construction. Building methods with traditional materials should be included in academic curricula. Among the characteristics of modern materials and their many advantages in the construction process within reasonable limits, taking into account the use of sustainable materials side by side.
