المستخلص: The study discusses the investigation of drone crimes in terms of how to deal with drones seized at the crime scene, as well as how to collect digital evidence from them and from their storage media, whether in drones or mobile phones used to remotely controlling the drones or from the records of the movement of drones in the itinerary of drones. The problem of the study is the increase in terrorist attacks using drones in the recent period, targeting critical infrastructure of Gulf Cooperation Council countries, as well as the increase in their use in the committing crimes such as drug and weapons smuggling, murder and thefts, which requires finding guidance for investigators in those crimes on the best methods for dealing with Drones crime scenes and digital evidence repositories, so that investigators can understand the best ways to deal with these crimes to ensure that the ambiguity of these crimes is revealed, the perpetrators identified and arrested, as well as the ability to preserve evidence of such crimes. The study aims to Clarify the parts, capabilities and types of drones and understand how it works, Identifying places of the digital data storage can help as evidences, movement records, and recordings of what Drones monitors are stored, Studying how to save data about the drone and manage its movement and how to manage evidence of its crimes, Identify and understand the role of first responders in drone crimes, Proposing a model for managing the process of collecting inferences and evidence in crimes committed by drones, to guide investigators in their management of criminal investigations into those crimes. Study aims to identify different parts of drones and places of storing Data and digital evidence, How can data be inferred from UAV parts and accessories?, the procedures to be taken when seizing a drone at a crime scene, tracking digital and physical evidence in seized drones and their accessories, the models for procedures when collecting information and investigations into drone crimes, preparing the case for submission to the court. The study uses the comparative analytical descriptive approach by describing the problem of the study and clarifying all its aspects, then developing and analyzing many of the methods used and analyzing them to reach the best model that can be followed to collect information and investigations into drone crimes and to find instructions that early travelers and forensic men can follow his instructions to uncover Mystery of crimes committed with the use of drones
