المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تصميم برنامج كشفي مقترح لتدريب وصقل معلمي التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة الوادي الجديد واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب دراسة الحالة لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة واشتمل مجتمع البحث الخبراء المتخصصين في مجال المناهج وتدريس التربية الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية والمدربين المعتمدين بالجمعيات الكشفية بجمهورية مصر العربية وموجهي التربية الرياضية بمحافظة الوادي الجديد ومعلمي التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بإدارة الخارجة التعليمية بمحافظة الوادي الجديد تمثلت عينة البحث في أولا: عينة التقنين (الخبراء): وتم اختيار عينة التقنين بالطريقة العمدية بواقع (7) خبراء من السادة (أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية/ مدربي الكشافة المعتمدين بالجمعيات الكشفية بجمهورية مصر العربية/ موجهي التربية الرياضية بمحافظة الوادي الجديد ثانيا: عينة التطبيق: تم اختيار عينة التطبيق بالطريقة العمدية بواقع (67) معلم من معلمي التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بإدارة الخارجة التعليمية بمحافظة الوادي الجديد بنسبة مئوية قدرها (50%) من المجموع الكلي لمجتمع البحث واستخدم الباحث من أدوات جمع البيانات (المقابلة الشخصية/ تحليل المحتوى/ استمارة استطلاع رأي) ومن أهم النتائج توصل الباحث على البرنامج المقترح.

The aim of the research is to design a proposed scout program to train and refine sports education teachers in the primary stage in the province of The New Valley and the researcher used the descriptive method in the method of studying the situation to suit the nature of the study and included the research community experts specialized in the field of curriculum and teaching sports education in the Arab Republic of Egypt and trainers accredited in scout associations in the Republic of Egypt and the mentors of sports education in the province of WaThis new and the teachers of sports education in the primary level in the department of educational exterior in the province of the new valley was the sample of research in the first: sample rationing (experts): and the sample of rationing was chosen in the intentional way by (7) experts from the gentlemen (faculty members of the faculties of sports education in the Faculties of Sports education in the Arab Republic of Egypt / scout trainers accredited by scout associations of the Republic of Egypt Arab/ sports education mentors in the province of the new valley second: Sample application: The sample of the application was selected in the intentional way by (67) teachers of sports education in the primary stage managed by the educational exterior in the province of the new valley by a percentage of (50%) of the total of the research community and the researcher used data collection tools (personal interview/ content analysis/ survey form opinion) and the most important results the researcher reached on the proposed program.
