المستخلص: نظرا لتمتع الذكاء الاصطناعي بالخصائص الذكية المتمثلة في محاكاة وفهم السلوك البشري مقارنة بالتكنولوجيا التي استخدمها البشر في الماضي، فإن تطبيقها في مجال العدالة لابد أن يكون مختلفا عن "الأشخاص" في التقاضي سواء أكانوا قضاة أو محامين أو أطراف الدعوى، فكيف يتفاعلون مع بعضهم البعض؟ لذلك، سيتم تغيير طرق التقاضي الحالية إلى حد معين وهو ما يطرح تساؤلا حول: ما هو دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في إرساء العدالة الناجزة؟ يسلط البحث الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي في نظام العدالة الجزائية ومدى تبنيها من قبل الجهات ذات الاختصاص القضائي. وتوصلنا في نهاية البحث لأهم النتائج: "لتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي دورا مساعدا في تحقيق العدالة يسهم في تركيز المحاكم على القضايا الأكثر تعقيدا للوصول إلى عدالة ناجزة. فقد اقتصر استخدامها بداية في القضايا البسيطة. بناء على ما تقدم، تقدم هذه الدراسة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات التي يمكن لصناع القرار والمهتمين بالقانون الاستفادة منها. ومن أهم التوصيات أنه من الضروري على المشرع اللبناني إعداد تشريع قانوني خاص بالذكاء الاصطناعي. انطلاقا من إشكالية الدراسة ارتأينا استخدام المنهج التحليلي والمقارن لمعالجة موضوع البحث عبر محورين أساسيين هما: - الجزء الأول: دور تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال العدالة الجزائية - الجزاء الثاني: التجارب الرائدة.

Given that artificial intelligence has the smart characteristics of simulating and understanding human behavior compared to the technology that humans used in the past, its application in the field of justice must be different from “Physical Persons” in litigation, whether they are judges, lawyers, or parties to the lawsuit, how they interact with each other ? Therefore, the current litigation methods will be changed to a certain extent which raises a question: What is the role of "Artificial Intelligence Technology" in achieving successful justice? The full attention must be given to know the role played by artificial intelligence in the criminal justice system and the extent of their adoption by judicial authorities. At the end of the research, we reached the most important results that can be summarized as "artificial intelligence technology has an auxiliary role in achieving justice that contributes to focusing on the most basic cases to reach successful justice. Its use was limited at the beginning in simple cases. Therfore, this study presents a number of recommendations and proposals that decision makers and those interested in the law can benefit from. Among the most important recommendations is that it is necessary for the Lebanese legislator to enact legal legislation on artificial intelligence. Based on the problematic of the study, we decided to use the descriptive analytical approach and the comparative approach to address the subject of the research through two main chapters: The first part: the role of artificial intelligence technology in the field of criminal justice.
