المستخلص: ترتبط الحقوق السياسية عموما، بالمشاركة في الحياة السياسية التي تتضمن بالأساس الحق في التصويت في جميع الانتخابات والاستفتاءات العامة، وحق الترشيح والحق في الولوج إلى الوظائف الانتخابية والمناصب السياسية وتسيير الشأن العام. أما الحقوق السياسية للمرأة على وجه الخصوص فترتبط بمرجعيتين دولية تلخصها مجموعة من الإعلانات والاتفاقيات الدولية، ووطنية تكرسها جملة من التشريعات والقوانين الداخلية. إن مختلف هذه التشريعات الدولية نصت على ضرورة اتخاذ جميع التدابير المناسبة للقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة في الحياة السياسية، وبوجه خاص، تكفل للمرأة حق المساواة مع الرجل في التصويت والترشح لجميع الانتخابات والاستفتاءات العامة، والحق في شغل وممارسة جميع الوظائف العامة على جميع المستويات الحكومية وحق المشاركة في جميع المنظمات المهتمة بالحياة العامة والسياسية. في إطار ذلك، عمل المشرع المغربي على اتخاذ مجموعة من التدابير والآليات لتعزيز مشاركة المرأة في الحياة السياسية والاستحقاقات الانتخابية، بهدف تشجيع تكافؤ الفرص بين النساء والرجال في ولوج الوظائف الانتخابية، ودعم تمثيلية المرأة على مستوى جميع أجهزة اتخاذ القرار وهو ما يؤكد وجود حصيلة مهمة على مستوى المؤشرات الواقعية المرتبطة بالمشاركة السياسية للمرأة المغربية، رغم وجود عدة عوائق اجتماعية ثقافية وسياسية مؤسساتية.

Political rights are generally related to participation in political life, which mainly includes the right to vote in all elections and public referendums, the right to run for office, the right to access electoral functions and political positions, and the management of public affairs. As for the political rights of women in particular, they are linked to two references, international ones summed up in a set of international declarations and agreements, and national ones enshrined in a set of internal legislation and laws. These various international legislations stipulate the need to take all appropriate measures to eliminate discrimination against women in political life, in particular, to guarantee women the right to vote and stand for equality with men in all elections and public referendums, the right to occupy and exercise all public functions at all levels of government and the right Participation in all organizations interested in public and political life. In this context, the Moroccan legislator worked to take a set of measures and mechanisms to enhance women’s participation in political life and electoral benefits, with the aim of encouraging equal opportunities for women and men to access electoral functions, and supporting women’s representation at the level of all decision-making bodies, which confirms the existence of an important outcome on The level of realistic indicators related to the political participation of Moroccan women, despite the presence of several institutional social, cultural and political obstacles.
