|a يهدف هذا المقال العلمي إلى تسليط الضوء على مساعي الجزائر، بالتعاون مع شركاء دوليين مثل برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (PNUD) والاتحاد الأوروبي، الذي أعلن عن بدء تنفيذه في الجزائر عام 2017 لترجمة وتجسيد نموذج بديل للديمقراطية التمثيلية التي تعيش مرحلة من التأزم، واستبداله بنموذج الديمقراطية التشاركية للنهوض بمجالات التنمية، ولاسيما المحلية منها، وقد تم اختيار 52 بلديات نموذجية رائدة تعد مرجعا للتنوع الجغرافي والاقتصادي أيضا. في هذه الدراسة سوف نلقي الضوء على مدى مساهمة مشروع كبدال في تجسيد الديمقراطية التشاركية في الجزائر لتحقيق التنمية المحلية ضمن آليات التعاون الدولي.
|b This scientific article aims to shed light on Algeria's endeavors, in cooperation with international partners such as the United Nations Development Program (PNUD) and the European Union, which announced the start of its implementation in Algeria in 2017, to translate and embody an alternative model for representative democracy that is in a stage of crisis, and Replacing it with a model of participatory democracy to advance the fields of development, especially the local ones, and 10 pioneering model municipalities were selected, which are a reference for geographical and economic diversity as well. In this study, we will shed light on the extent to which the Cabdal project contributed to the embodiment of participatory democracy in Algeria to achieve local development within the mechanisms of international cooperation
