يهدف البحث إلى عمل دراسة تحليلية لبطولة الأمم الأفريقية المقامة بجمهورية مصر العربية ۲۰۱۹ م، كما استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بخطواته وإجراءاته باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي، نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة عينة البحث. كما قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من العاملين على تنظيم بطولة الأمم الإفريقية لكرة القدم المقامة بجمهورية مصر العربية ۲۰۱۹م، تم إجراء الدراسة الأساسية على عينة قوامها (۲۰۰) العاملين على تنظيم بطولة الأمم الإفريقية لكرة القدم المقامة بجمهورية مصر العربية ۲۰۱۹ م، كما تم إجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية على عينة قوامها (۳۰) العاملين على تنظيم بطولة الأمم الإفريقية لكرة القدم المقامة بجمهورية مصر العربية ۲۰۱۹م من نفس مجتمع البحث وخارج العينة الأساسية، وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى. - أوضحت نتائج صدق المحكمين اتفاق الآراء حول أبعاد المقياس (٤) أبعاد والاتفاق حول محتوى العبارات (٤٠) عبارة. - تظهر مكونات استبيان تقييم بطولة الأمم الأفريقية لكرة القدم المقامة بجمهورية مصر العربية ۲۰۱۹م في التوجيه- التنظيم – التخطيط – الرقابة. - لدى الاتحاد البرامج اللازمة لتنفيذ الخطط والأهداف الموضوعة للبطولة. - هناك إشراف من قبل الاتحاد على صيانة الملاعب المقام عليها البطولة. - توجد خطة قومية لزيادة المنشآت الخاصة بالبطولة. - هناك ميزانية مخصصة من قبل الدولة لدعم البطولة. - توجد استراتيجية شاملة للبطولة الأمم الأفريقية المقامة في جمهورية مصر العربية ۲۰۱۹م.
The research aims to do an analytical study of the African Nations Championship held in the Arab Republic of Egypt 2019. The researcher also used the descriptive approach with its steps and procedures using the survey method, given its suitability to the nature of the research sample.
