المستخلص: إن الحداثيين من نصارى العرب ليسوا علماء دين ولا فلاسفة لاهوتيين بل الغالبية العظمى منهم أدباء وشعراء ومفكرون، يأتي حديثهم عن مسائل الربوبية ضمنا في كتاباتهم على شكل إشارات وتلميحات، قد لا يفهم منها أمرا واضحا وجليا عن مقصود الكاتب، ويستثنى من ذلك بعض القضايا عند بعض المتأخرين منهم. ولقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج النقدي في عرضه لتناول الحداثيين من نصارى العرب لمسائل الربوبية: توحيد الربوبية وتوحيد الأسماء والصفات. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث: أن لديهم اضطراب في الاعتقاد تجاه الرب، وتوحيد الربوبية عندهم قضية هامشية من حقهم الخوض فيها، وجاءت أقوالهم في مسألة توحيد الربوبية مشوهة غير منسجمة حتى مع العقيدة النصرانية فضلا عن ما قرره الإسلام. ولقد تأثروا بالنصرانية واليهودية وبالأديان المحرفة الوثنية كالمجوسية وبعقائد وفلسفات وحدة الوجود والحلول والاتحاد. ويطعنوا في أسماء الله وصفاته ويحرفونها عن حقائقها بل أغلبها يجب تنزيه الله تعالى عنها لما تحمله من معاني السلبية والنقص، ويطغى على أسلوبهم الرمزية والغموض. ويدعو كثير منهم إلى التحلل من الأديان وإلزاماتها الأخلاقية والتعبدية.

The modernists among the Arab Christians are neither religious scholars nor theological philosophers, rather the vast majority of them are writers, poets, and thinkers. Their talk about issues of divinity is found implicitly in their writings in the form of hints and allusions, from which the intention of the writer may not be understood clearly, with an exception in few cases among some of the latecomers. The researcher used the inductive method and the critical method to present the Arab Christian modernists' approach to divinity issues: the unification of divinity and the unification of names and attributes. Among the most prominent findings of the researcher: that they have disturbance in their belief towards Allah, and monotheism of divinity for them is a marginal issue which they have the right to delve into, and their statements on the issue of monotheism of divinity were distorted and inconsistent even with the Christian faith, let alone the Islam faith. They were influenced by Christianity, Judaism, and pagan deviant religions such as the Magi, and the beliefs and philosophies of pantheism, solutions, and unity. They slander the names and attributes of Allah and deviate them from their realities. In fact, most of them must be cleared of Allah Almighty because of what they carry of negativity and shortcomings, and their style is overshadowed by symbolism and ambiguity. Many of them call for the renunciation of religions and their moral and devotional obligations.
