المستخلص: إن تداول أسهم الشركات في سوق الأوراق المالية من أهم السمات التي تعبر عن نجاحها في سوف الأوراق المالية، إذ يعد ارتفاع حجم تداول أسهم الشركات مؤشراً على ازدهار أعمال هذه الشركات وارتفاع مستوى كفاءته، وبذلك يجذب هذا المؤشر انتباه العديد من المستثمرين ويشجعهم على الاستثمار فيه، أما قرار الإيقاف فهو علامة بارزة على مدى انخفاض عمل الشركة، ولذلك يتم بعد إنذار الشركة المخالفة ابتداء بضرورة إزالة المخالفة خلال المدة وبالشروط التي يحددها رئيس مجلس الهيأة، أو مجلس إدارة السوق أو مجلس محافظي وبخلافة يتم وقف نشاط الأخيرة بقرار مسبب من رئيس الهيأة لمدة محددة وفقاً للقوانين، والإيقاف هو لمصلحة المستثمرين وحمايتهم من التلاعب بالأسعار وزعزعة استقرار الأسواق المالية، ولغرض تحديد ماهية إيقاف تداول أسهم الشركات في سوق الأوراق المالية لابد لنا من التعريف بالتداول ومن ثم إيقاف تداول أسهم الشركات في سوق الأوراق المالية، وخصائصه، وهذا ما سنتناوله في مبحثين الأول تداول أسهم الشركات في سوق الأوراق المالية، وسنخصص الثاني لإيقاف تداول الأسهم التي يتم إيقاف تداولها في سوق الأوراق المالية.

Trading companies ’shares in the stock market is one of the most important features that express their success in the stock market, as the high volume of companies’ shares circulation is an indication of the prosperity of these companies ’business and the high level of its efficiency, thus this indicator attracts the attention of many investors and encourages them to invest in it. As for the suspension decision, it is a prominent sign of the extent to which the company’s work has decreased. Therefore, after warning the violating company, starting with the necessity to remove the violation during the period and under the conditions specified by the Chairman of the Commission’s Board, the Market’s Board of Directors or the Board of Governors, otherwise the activity of the latter is suspended by a reasoned decision from the Commission’s Chairman for a specified period According to the laws, the suspension is in the interest of investors and protecting them from price manipulation and destabilizing the financial markets, and for the purpose of determining what to stop the trading of companies ’shares in the stock market, we must introduce trading and then stop the circulation of companies’ shares in the stock market, and its characteristics, and this is what we will address in two studies The first is trading in the shares of companies in the stock market, and we will devote the second to halting the trading of shares that are suspended from trading in the stock market.
