المستخلص: تستهدف الدراسة الراهنة الكشف عن أثر التحولات الاقتصادية على قيمة المواطنة ودلالتها في المجتمع المصري وفي ضوء الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة جاء التساؤل العام معبرا عن "هل انعكست إجراءات سياسات الإصلاح الاقتصادي الصارم على قيمة المواطنة لدى المصريين؟. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على حزمة من الإجراءات المنهجية التي تتلاءم ومشكلة وأهداف الدراسة ضمن استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لسياسات الإصلاح الاقتصادي المصري في الفترة من ٢٠١٦ وحتى وقتنا الحالي، وتحليل ما ورد بها وانعكاسها على قيمة المواطنة لدى المواطن المصري ولرصد ذلك اعتمدت الباحثة على طريقة المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة من خلال تطبيق استمارة الاستبيان على عدد ۳۰۰ مفرده من سكان القطاعيين الريفي والحضري بمحافظة الإسكندرية. وقد توصلت الباحثة لحزمة من النتائج أهمها، أنه على الرغم من صرامة إجراءات سياسات الإصلاح الاقتصادي ألا أن هناك قيم أساسية وسمات حافظ عليها المصريون كالتماسك والوحدة وقت الأزمات والحفاظ على الهوية وروح المشاركة وزيادة الوعي بالحقوق والواجبات السياسية للمواطن واتضح ذلك من خلال مشاركة المصريون بأموالهم في حفر مشروع قناة السويس الجديدة. والمشاركة في الأدلاء بأصواتهم في العملية الانتخابية سواء لانتخابات رئاسة الجمهورية أو الانتخابات النيابية.

The main aim of the research is that it is one of research that studies the values of citizenship. It follows the political and social changes that may occur to it as a result of the economic and political transformations that Egyptian society is going through. The research problem is represented in shedding light on economic reform policies and their implications for the citizenship values of Egyptians, and that is also by analyzing the role of the Egyptian personality in preserving the identity and entity of society, while the economic reform policies are based on reducing expenditures, which may affect the poorest and most classes. Marginalized. In light of the main objective of the research, the researcher launched a main question, which is, "Have the measures of strict economic reform policies reflected on the values of citizenship among Egyptians? The researcher relied in her study on a set of methodological measures that may fit with the problem and objectives of the study. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach through Conducting a sociological reading of the Egyptian economic reform policies from 2016 until the present time, and analyzing the contents thereof and its reflection on the citizenship values of the Egyptian citizen. The researcher relied on the social sample survey method and applied the questionnaire form on 300 individuals from the rural and urban sectors in Alexandria Governorate. The researcher has reached a set of results, the most important of which is that despite the strict procedures of economic reform policies, there are basic values and features that Egyptians have preserved, such as cohesion and unity in times of crisis and the need to preserve identity and the spirit of participation in the rights and political duties of the citizen. Digging the new Suez Canal project, and participating in casting their votes in the electoral process, whether for elections Presidency of the Republic or parliamentary elections.
