المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى جودة الأهداف العامة لتدريس العلوم الشرعية بالمرحلة المتوسطة الواردة في وثيقة منهج مواد العلوم الشرعية للمرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة في التعليم العام من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تحول دون تحقيقها، والأهداف المستقبلية التي يمكن إضافتها في ظل التحولات المعاصرة. حيث استخدم الباحث الاستبانة أداة للدراسة. والمنهج الوصفي منهجا لها. لعينة بلغت (64) من مشرفي العلوم الشرعية بمنطقة الرياض. وقد أظهرت الدراسة جودة الأهداف بنسبة مرتفعة في صياغتها ومناسبتها وشمولها وطبيعتها وإمكانية تنفيذها ومرونتها. كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود صعوبات في تحقيق الأهداف بنسبة مرتفعة متعلقة بالأهداف والنظام المدرسي والمعلم والمتعلم، وبنسبة متوسطة متعلقة بمواد التربية الإسلامية والمشرف التربوي. وفي ضوء النتائج يوصي الباحث بتفعيل الأهداف العامة لتدريس العلوم الشرعية في المرحلة المتوسطة الواردة في وثيقة منهج مواد العلوم الشرعية للمرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة في التعليم العام، وذلك باعتمادها في مؤشرات جودة النظام التعليمي المتعلقة بجودة المخرجات التعليمية والأداء الوظيفي للمعلم والمشرف التربوي. كما يوصي الباحث بتذليل الصعوبات التي تحول دون تحقيق الأهداف والعمل التعاوني من الأطراف المعنية على تقليل تأثير هذه الصعوبات.

The current study aimed to determine the extent of the quality of the general goals of teaching Sharia sciences at the intermediate stage contained in the curriculum document of the Sharia sciences subjects for the primary and intermediate stages in general education from the viewpoint of educational supervisors; and to identify the difficulties that prevent the achievement of those goals and future goals that could be added in light of contemporary transformations. The researcher used the questionnaire as a study tool and the descriptive approach as a method of study. The study sample consisted of (64) supervisors of Sharia sciences subjects in Riyadh. The study showed that the quality of the goals was with a high percentage in terms of their formulation, suitability, comprehensiveness, nature, implementation possibility, and flexibility. The study also showed that there are difficulties in achieving the goals, some of which were with a high percentage and are related to the objectives, the school system, the teacher, and the learner, and other difficulties were with a medium percentage and are related to the subjects of Islamic Education and the educational supervisor. In the light of the findings, the researcher recommends the activation of the general goals of teaching Sharia sciences at the intermediate stage contained in the curriculum document of the Sharia sciences subjects for the primary and intermediate stages in general education by adopting them as part of the quality indicators of the educational system concerning the quality of educational outcomes and the job performance of the teacher and educational supervisor. The researcher also recommends that the difficulties that prevent the achievement of these goals are overcome and that the parties concerned work together to minimize the impact of these difficulties.
