إن اضطرابات الكلام أو اضطرابات النطق من المشاكل العويصة التي لها الأثر البالغ في العملية التواصلية، وتتعدد هذه الاضطرابات وتختلف من شخص إلى آخر، ويعود سببها إلى كل عضوي أو نفسي، وجاءت ورقتنا البحثية هذه لتسلط الضوء على هذا الجانب وذلك انطلاقا من منظور لساني بحت، من إشكالية محددة وهي: كيف تتم المعالجة اللسانية لاضطرابات الكلام؟ وما هي الطرائق المعتمدة في ذلك؟ وسنحاول في هذه الورقة الإجابة عليها من خلال دراستنا لمجموعة من الظواهر اللغوية (الإبدال، والقلب، والحذف، والتقديم والتأخير)، وكذا التطرق إلى المقاربة اللسانية وربطها بالمعالجة اللسانية لأمراض الكلام؛ ذلك أن «تشخيص عيوب النطق ومحاولة علاجها يتطلب معرفة تامة بطبيعة الصوت اللغوي، وكيفية إنتاجه، وفهم خواصه مثل ما يتطلب معرفة بطرق العلاج النفسي والطبي على حد سواء» لأن ذلك يساعد في تحديد المشكلة الصوتية ومعالجتها. A speech disorder is a serious problem that has a severe impact on the communicative process. This disorder varies from person to another and is caused by either an organic or a psychological problem. Our paper highlights this aspect from a purely linguistic perspective. Thus, the following research questions have been raised: How can we treat speech disorders? and what are the means adopted for such a purpose? The present research investigation attempts to answer the above stated questions through studying a group of linguistic phenomena (substitution, inversion, omission, delaying….) in addition to discussing the linguistic approach and linking it to the linguistic disorder of speeches because “ diagnosing speech defects and trying to treat them requires a full knowledge of the linguistic nature of the voice, how it’s produced, and an understanding of both the psychological and medical therapeutic modalities” as this would help in determining and treating the vocal problem. |
