| 520 | |a تعد الإذاعة المحلية أحد أهم الفواعل المحلية التي تلعب دورا فعالا في إرساء وتحقيق التنمية المحلية، وهذا من خلال العمليات التي تقوم بها والمواكبة لها من سبر للآراء وطرح للانشغالات، والتي تعد فيما بعد قرارات ومشاريع تنموية يمكن مناقشتها مع الجهات المعنية مع إمكانية لعب الدور المراقب لمدى تحقيقها على أرض الواقع. ويتباين الترابط والتكامل المحقق فيما بعد ما بين الإذاعة المحلية والتنمية المحلية في شتى المجالات التي تمس حياة المواطن بالدرجة الأولى وإيكولوجية البيئة المحلية من الشأن الثقافي والاقتصادي والسياسي والاجتماعي، وهذا ما ستحاول هذه الدراسة بيانه من خلال تحديد كيفية مساهمة الإذاعة المحلية في إرساء التنمية عامة والتنمية المحلية على وجه خاص. |b Local radio is one of the most important local actors that plays an active role in establishing and achieving local development, through the operations it carried out, accompanied polls and concerns which will then become decisions and development projects before discussing it and with the possibility of playing the role of the observer in how far they have been achieved on the ground. The inter relationship and integration that have been achieved subsequently vary between local radio and local development in various areas that primarily affect the life of the citizen and the ecology of the local environment in cultural, economic, political and social matters. This study will attempt to clarify it by determining the extent to which local radio has contributed to the development in general and local development in particular. |d La radio locale est l’un des acteurs locaux les plus importants qui contribue à l’instauration et à la réalisation du développement local, à travers son suivi de ce développement en utilisant les sondages et les complaintes qui seront suivies par la suite par des résolutions et des projets de développement débattus avec les autorités compétentes, pour parvenir enfin à jouer un rôle d’observateur des progrès réalisés sur le terrain. L’interdépendance et l’intégration subséquentes entre la radio locale et le développement local varient dans divers domaines qui touchent principalement la vie des citoyens et l’écologie de l’environnement local, du point de vue culturel, économique, politique et social, Le présent article tentera d’illustrer en déterminant dans quelle mesure la radio locale contribue à l’instauration du développement en général, et le développement local en particulier. | ||
