المستخلص: The mission of sustainable tourism is to integrate tourism development by establishing the limits and maintaining the quality of the environment, which induces the sustainability of the coastline. This article explains the sustainable tourism development of the Algerian coast and that of urban planning, where it has been observed that tourism development policies are mainly the reflection of political will and economic issues, but that they integrate the dimensions of sustainable development: economic, social and environmental. We have managed to identify the sustainability of the tourism sector, the stages of construction of sustainable tourism concepts and a sustainable coastline. We also took stock of the sustainable development strategy and tourism development in Algeria. Indeed, it has been induced that the application of the principles of sustainable development in the tourism sector generates tourist development. The SDAT for 2030 is the strategic reference framework for Algeria's tourism policy.

Le tourisme durable a pour mission d'intégrer le développement touristique en établissant les limites et en maintenant la qualité de l'environnement, qui induit la durabilité du littoral. Cet article, explique l'aménagement touristique durable du littoral algérien et celui de l’aménagement urbain, où on a constaté que les politiques d'aménagement touristiques sont principalement le reflet d’une volonté politique et d’enjeux économiques, mais qu’elles intègrent les dimensions du développement durable: économique, sociale et environnementale. Nous sommes arrivés à identifier la durabilité du secteur du tourisme, les étapes de construction des concepts de tourisme durable et un littoral durable. On a également fait le point sur la stratégie de développement durable et le développement touristique en Algérie. En effet, on a induit que l’application des principes de développement durable sur le secteur du tourisme engendre un aménagement touristique. Le SDAT à l'horizon 2030 constitue le cadre stratégique de référence pour la politique touristique de l’Algérie.
