520 |a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تطوير برنامج الإدارة الرياضية بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة الأزهر في ضوء متطلبات الإعداد المهني لسوق العمل وذلك من خلال التعرف على رسالة وأهداف كلية التربية الرياضية جامعة الأزهر -وضع رؤية ورسالة لبرنامج قسم الإدارة الرياضية -وضع أهداف لبرنامج قسم الإدارة الرياضية -وضع مواصفات لخريج قسم الإدارة الرياضية. واشتملت عينة البحث على أعضاء هيئة التدريس وعددهم (7) والهيئة المعاونة وعددهم (2) وطلاب الفرقة الرابعة بقسم الإدارة الرياضية وعددهم (90) للعام الجامعي (2018/ 2019) وعينة من خريجي قسم الإدارة الرياضية بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة الأزهر في الفترة (2015/ 2017). وعددهم (24) خريج وقام لباحث بدراسة استطلاعية على عينة قوامها (32) أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة، وطلاب الفرقة الرابعة للعام الجامعي (2018/ 2019)، بعض خريجي قسم الإدارة الرياضية (2015/ 2017) من مجتمع البحث وتم تطبيق استمارة الاستبيان على عينة البحث الأساسية (91) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة، وطلاب الفرقة الرابعة للعام الجامعي (2018/ 2019)، بعض خريجي قسم الإدارة الرياضية (2015/ 2017)، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة علي • التنسيق والتواصل الدائم بين قسم الإدارة الرياضية بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة الأزهر وباقي أقسام الإدارة الرياضية بكليات التربية الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية. • وضع برامج تدريب وتنمية إدارية لكلا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بالقسم. • تعريف طلبة الفرقة الثانية بالكلية بقسم الإدارة الرياضية ومجالات عمل خريج برنامج الإدارة الرياضية وأخذ رغباتهم في الالتحاق بالأقسام المانحة. • اعتماد الرؤية والرسالة المقترحة لبرنامج قسم الإدارة الرياضية. • اعتماد التعديلات التي تمت على المقررات الدراسية الخاصة ببرنامج الإدارة الرياضية. • اعتماد مواصفات خريج برنامج الإدارة الرياضية المقترحة.  |b The current research aims to develop the sports management program at the Faculty of Physical Education, Al-Azhar University in the light of the requirements for professional preparation for the labor market, by identifying the mission and goals of the Faculty of Physical Education Al- Azhar University- setting a vision and a message for the program of the Department of Sports Management- setting goals for the program of the Department of Sports Management- setting specifications For a graduate of Sports Management Department. The research sample included (7) faculty and assisting staff (2), students of the fourth year in the Department of Sports Administration, who number (90) for the academic year (2018/ 2019) and a sample of graduates of the Department of Sports Administration at the Faculty of Physical Education, Al-Azhar University in the period (2015/ 2017). They are (24) graduates and a researcher conducted an exploratory study on a sample of (32) faculty members, the support staff, and students of the fourth year of the university year (2018/ 2019). Some graduates of the Department of Sports Administration (2015/ 2017) from the research community, and the questionnaire was applied to The basic research sample (91) of the faculty and the assisting body, students of the fourth year of the university year (2018/ 2019), some graduates of the Department of Sports Administration (2015/ 2017) The results of the study resulted in * Permanent coordination and communication between the Department of Sports Administration, Faculty of Physical Education, Al-Azhar University, and the rest of the departments of Sports Management, Faculties of Physical Education in the Arab Republic of Egypt. * Establishing training and administrative development programs for both faculty and associate staff in the department. * Introduce students of the second year of the college to the Department of Sports Administration and the fields of work of a graduate of the Sports Management Program and take their desires to join the donor departments.
