المستخلص: يعتبر الإرشاد والعلاج النفسي الواقعي العملية التي يقوم فيها المرشد النفسي بتقديم المساعدة إلى المسترشد بحيث يتمكن المسترشد من المواجهة الإيجابية للواقع والتكيف معه، وهو من أهم الأساليب الإرشادية التي برزت حديثا حيث في بدايتها تبنت طريقة العلاج الواقعي نظرية الضبط، التي تشرح كيفية عمل الدماغ كنظام ضابط لكافة الأنشطة المعرفية والسلوكية للفرد كنظرية في الإرشاد، وفي عام (1996) غير "جلاسر" اسمها إلى النظرية الواقعية والاختيار حيث حضت بإقبال كبير من التربويين. يسعى هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن الأطر المفاهيمية لنظرية الإرشاد النفسي الواقعي وتطبيقاتها الإرشادية في الأسرة والمدرسة خصوصا لتنوير الفاعلين في ميدان العلاج النفسي بهذا التوجه الحديث ضمن الممارسات الإرشادية المعاصرة.

Reality therapy is the process in which the psychological counselor provides assistance to the counselor so that the counselor is able to positively confront reality and adapt and satisfy the needs within its framework according to the concepts of responsibility, realism and rightness. the realist control theory, which explains how the brain functions as a control theory for all cognitive, behavioral and motor activities of the individual as a theory in guidance, and in 1996 “Glasser” changed its name to the theory of choice and justified term “control” is a difficult name to accept, and that the term choice theory will be more accepted by educators. And this research seeks to reveal the conceptual of reality theory, and its applications in family and school, to show the counselors this modern theory within contemporary counseling practices .

La thérapie de la réalité est le processus dans lequel le conseiller psychologique fournit une assistance au conseiller afin que le conseiller soit en mesure de confronter positivement la réalité. La thérapie par la réalité est basée sur les concepts de responsabilité, de réalisme et de justesse. la théorie du contrôle réaliste, qui explique comment le cerveau fonctionne comme une théorie du contrôle de toutes les activités cognitives, comportementales et motrices, et en 1996 "Glasser" a changé son nom en théorie du choix et du terme justifié " contrôle » est un nom difficile à accepter et que le terme théorie du choix sera mieux accepté par les éducateurs. Et cette recherche cherche à révéler le concept de la théorie de la réalité, et ses applications dans la famille et l'école, pour montrer aux conseillers cette théorie moderne dans les pratiques de conseil contemporaines.
