| 520 | |a يعد موضوع مجلس المنافسة من المواضيع الهامة كونه يساهم في إرساء بوادر وقيم المنافسة المشروعة مما ينعكس بالإيجاب على الاقتصاد الوطني منعا لحدوث الاحتكار والمضاربة في الأسعار والممارسات المنافية للممارسة القانونية. لدراسة مختلف جوانب الموضوع اعتمدنا كل من المنهج التاريخي والتحليلي توصلنا إلى مجموعة نتائج أهمها أن المنافسة الية هامة لتنظيم السوق بين المتعاملين الاقتصاديين حيث يؤدي المجلس دور كبير في محاربة الممارسات المقيدة للمنافسة من خلال تمتعه بصلاحيات واسعة وفرضه عقوبات على الأشخاص المخالفة لأحكامه. |b The issue of the Competition Council is one of the important issues, as it contributes to establishing the principles and values of legitimate competition, which will reflect positively on the national economy in order to prevent monopoly, speculation in prices, and practices contrary to legal practice. To study the various aspects of the subject, we adopted both the historical and analytical method. We reached a set of results, the most important of which is that competition is an important mechanism for regulating the market among economic dealers, as the Council plays a major role in combating practices that restrict competition by enjoying wide powers and imposing penalties on persons who violate its provisions. |d La question du Conseil de la concurrence est l'une des questions importantes car elle contribue à établir les principes et les valeurs de la concurrence légitime, qui se reflétera positivement sur l'économie nationale afin d'empêcher le monopole, la spéculation sur les prix et les pratiques contraires à la loi. Pratique. Pour étudier les différents aspects du sujet, nous avons adopté à la fois la méthode historique et la méthode analytique. Nous sommes parvenus à un ensemble de résultats dont le plus important est que la concurrence est un mécanisme important de régulation du marché entre concessionnaires économiques, le Conseil jouant un rôle jouer un rôle majeur dans la lutte contre les pratiques restrictives de concurrence en disposant de larges pouvoirs et en infligeant des sanctions aux personnes qui enfreignent ses dispositions. | ||
