هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية للقيادة التشاركية في محافظة البلقاء، من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (20 فقرة) وبعد التأكد من دلالات صدقها وثباتها تم توزيعها على عينة من المعلمين والمعلمات في محافظة البلقاء وبلغ عددهم (219) معلماً ومعلمة في العام الدراسي 2021/2022، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: درجة تطبيق مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية للقيادة التشاركية في محافظة البلقاء قد جاءت عالية، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة تطبيق مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية للقيادة التشاركية في محافظة البلقاء ، تُعزى لمتغير الجنس، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة تطبيق مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية للقيادة التشاركية في محافظة البلقاء تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة تطبيق مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية للقيادة التشاركية في محافظة البلقاء تُعزى لمتغير الفرع الأكاديمي.
This study aimed to find out the extent to which principals and principals of public schools apply participatory leadership in Al-Balqa Governorate; From the teachers' point of view, where the descriptive approach was used, and to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (20 items) was built, and after verifying its validity and reliability indications, it was distributed to a sample of male and female teachers in Al-Balsa governorate, and their number reached (219) male and female teachers in the academic year 2021/ 2022. The study reached the following results: The degree of application of participatory leadership by the principals of public schools in the Balsa governorate was high, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample members' estimation of the degree of application of participatory leadership by the principals of public schools in the Balsa governorate due to the gender variable. As well as the absence of statistically significant differences between the average degrees of estimation of the sample members to the degree of application of participatory leadership by principals of public schools in Al-Balsa Governorate due to the variable of educational qualification, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences between the means of estimation of the sample members to the degree of application of participatory leadership by principals of public schools.
