|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم الطرق والأساليب الطبية الوقائية المتبعة في مجتمع المغرب الأوسط في الفترة الممتدة ما بين القرنين (4-6ه/10-12م)، وفي ذلك سيتم التطرق للسلوكات والتدابير المتخذة للوقاية من الأمراض وحفظ الصحة. ومما لا شك فيه أن الهدي القرآني والنبوي في الطب الوقائي خلال الفترة المدروسة قد رسخ في عقول ونفوس سكان المغرب الأوسط، لذلك حرصوا على الامتثال لأوامر كتاب الله الكريم واجتناب نواهيه، والاقتداء بسنة نبيه الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم، فكانت الأدعية الربانية والطهارة اليومية أولى اهتمامات سكان المنطقة، وكانت الأغذية الطبية من الضروريات المنزلية، والأدوية الحيوانية والمعدنية تباع بكثرة في الأسواق اليومية، وكان اختيار الماء والهواء من شروط السكن في المناطق البدوية والحضرية، أما الختان والزواج فكانا من العادات النفعية الإلزامية تجنبا للأمراض الجنسية، وكانت التوابل والأعشاب العلاجية من المستلزمات المطبخية التي نصح بها أطباء وعشابي الفترة الوسيطية.
|b This study aims to shed light on the most important preventive medical methods and ways had used in the Middle Maghreb society in the period between the two centuries (4-6 AH / 10-12 AD). In this, we are going to tackle the behaviors and measures have been taken to prevent from the diseases and maintain health. There is no doubt that the Quranic and prophetic guidance in preventive medicine during the studied period has been established in the minds and souls of the inhabitants of the Middle Maghreb, so they were keen to comply with the orders of the Holy Book of God and avoid its prohibitions, and to follow the Sunnah of His Holy Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, The divine supplications and daily purity had been the first concerns of the inhabitants of the region. The healthy food had been one of the household necessities, and animal and mineral medicines were sold in abundance in daily markets, in addition to the choice of water and air had been one of the conditions of housing in rural and urban areas, while circumcision and marriage were mandatory utilitarian customs to avoid sexual diseases. Besides, spices and preventive therapeutic herbs have been kitchen supplies that had been advised by the doctors and herbalists of the middle ages.
