|a تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع تقنية بلوكتشين في تعزيز خدمات المعلومات في محاولة للتعرف على أبعاد هذا الموضوع وفتح الباب أمام المزيد من الدراسات التي تتناوله، وتم ذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي عبر تتبع الدراسات الوثائقية المهتمة بتقنية بلوكتشين في خدمات المعلومات وتحليل محتواها واستخلاص النتائج التي تشير إلى استخدامات تقنية بلوكتشين في مؤسسات المعلومات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج تمثلت في عرض أبرز التحديات التي من أهمها الحاجة إلى سن الأنظمة والتشريعات الممكنة لتطبيقات بلوكتشين في مؤسسات المعلومات، بالإضافة إلى الحاجة إلى توفر مزودي خدمة بلوكتشين بخيارات تناسب مؤسسات المعلومات، مع العمل على إكساب الموظفين على رأس العمل مهارات التعامل مع تقنية بلوكتشين. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات كان من أهمها التوصية بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات التي تتناول العائد من تطبيق تقنية بلوكتشين في خدمات المعلومات، والعمل على تأهيل الكوادر المنتسبة لمؤسسات المعلومات على تطبيق تقنية بلوكتشين واستخدامها في خدمات المعلومات، وتخصيص المزيد من حلقات النقاش والندوات المتخصصة في موضوع تقنية بلوكتشين في مؤسسات المعلومات لاكتشاف المزيد من الفرص الواعدة، ودراسة مكامن القلق التي تهدد استثمار هذه التقنية في أعمال وخدمات مؤسسات المعلومات.
|b This study addressed the topic of blockchain technology's role in enhancing information services in an attempt to identify the different dimensions of this topic and open the door to further studies. This is done through the descriptive method by tracking documentaries interested in blockchain technology in information services, analyzing their content, and drawing conclusions indicating the uses of blockchain technology in information institutions. The study outcomes included presenting the most important challenges in this regard, of which the most important is the need for enacting regulations and enabling legislation for blockchain applications in information institutions. Furthermore, there appears to be a need for blockchain service providers with options suitable for information institutions and employees dealing with blockchain technology to be upskilled. The study also presented a number of recommendations, among which is the urgent need for further studies on the application of blockchain technology in information services and the rehabilitation of staff affiliated with information institutions on the application of blockchain technology and its use in information services. Another one is the need to allocate more panels and seminars specialized in the topic of blockchain technology in information institutions to discover more promising opportunities and examine the concerns that threaten the investment of this technology in these institutions.
