|b The objective of this study is to describe the structuration of the competence and performance evaluation system newly integrated at the level of the SOMIZ company. This system is integrated through consultants in the HR field. This study was based on a descriptive analysis of the stages, actors and components of the evaluation system at the level of society. We conclude that this system focuses on the individual contribution in view of the results achieved. Competence and performance are the two objects of evaluation. On the other hand, this system does not take into account the collective and organizational contribution in the evaluation.
|d L’objectif de cette étude est de décrire la structuration de système d’évaluation des compétences et des performances nouvellement intégré au niveau de la société SOMIZ. Ce système est intégré par le biais des consultants dans le domaine RH. Cette étude s’est appuyée sur une analyse descriptive sur les étapes, les acteurs et les composantes de système d’évaluation au niveau de la société. Nous concluons que ce système se focalise sur la contribution individuelle en vue des résultats réalisés. La compétence et la performance sont les deux objets d’évaluation. En revanche, ce système ne prend pas en compte la contribution collective et organisationnelle dans l’évaluation.
