|b This study aims to highlight the possibility of adopting document control as a mechanism to evaluate the performance of fiscal administration as an important element that it uses to finance the public treasury. At the level of tax administration through the use of document control. The study concluded several results, most notably the insufficient human and material resources to accelerate and activate this type of control and increase its utilization, in addition to the lack of sufficient information to carry out this type of control at its best, and this is due to the absence of an effective modernization in this field despite Of the great efforts made to modernize the tax administration at all levels.
|d Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence la possibilité d'adopter le contrôle sur pièce comme mécanisme d'évaluation de la performance de l'administration fiscale en tant qu'élément important qu'elle utilise pour financer le Trésor public par l'administration fiscale à travers l'utilisation du contrôle sur pièce . L'étude a abouti à plusieurs résultats, notamment l'insuffisance des ressources humaines et matérielles pour accélérer et optimiser ce type de contrôle et augmenter son utilisation, et aussi, le manque d'informations pour effectuer ce type de contrôle de la meilleure façon. Ces insuffisances sont dues essentiellement à l'absence d’une modernisation effective dans ce domaine malgré les grands efforts déployés pour moderniser l'administration fiscale à tous les niveaux .
