المستخلص: هدف الدراسة: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تمثلات الطلبة الجامعيين الجزائريين للمثلية الجنسية التي أخذت في التنامي والانتشار في الآونة الأخيرة في ظل التحرر الجنسي، وكذا تعرف إذا ما كان هناك اختلاف في وجهة نظر الطلبة في تمثلاتهم الاجتماعية للمثلية الجنسية في ظل التحرر الجنسي ترجع إلى عامل كل من الجنس والعمر والموقع الجغرافي، الذي ينتمون إليه. المنهجية: بلغ عدد أفراد العينة 60 طالبا من مختلف التخصصات، سحبوا بطريقة المعاينة العشوائية البسيطة، وباستخدام الاستبانة أداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات. النتائج: توصل إلى أن نظرة المجتمع الجزائري للمثلية الجنسية في ظل التحرر الجنسي مرفوضة؛ باعتبارها مخالفة للدور الذي حدده الضمير الجمعي والديني والاجتماعي، وثقافة الوسط الذي ينتمي إليه الفرد بوصمها وصمة عار على ممارسيها، كما توصل إلى وجود اختلاف في التمثلات الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين للمثلية الجنسية في ظل التحرر الجنسي؛ من حيث الجنس، والعمر، والموقع الجغرافي. الخلاصة: للمجتمع الجزائري نظرة سلبية موصومة للمثليين على الرغم من الانفتاح والتحرر الجنسي الذي عرفه المجتمع في السنوات الأخيرة؛ ومن ثم نرى من الضروري إدراج التربية الجنسية في المدارس؛ كونها لا تقل أهمية عن أي جانب من جوانب التربية، والحرص على غرس الثقافة الجنسية في الوسط المدرسي والأسري خصوصا.

Objective: The current study seeks to know the representations of Algerian university The current study seeks to examine the representations of Algerian university students of homosexuality, which has been growing and spreading recently in light of sexual liberation, as it is a phenomenon with cultural and symbolic dimensions whose orientation differs in attitudes and social representations, as well as to explore whether there is a difference from the students perspective regarding their social representations of homosexuality in light of sexual liberation that may be attributed to the factors of sex, age and geographical location to which they belong. Methods: The study sample comprised 60 students from different disciplines, who were selected by a simple random sampling method, and by using a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, which included three axes: The first axis included general information, the second was related to the students’ perspective of homosexuality in light of sexual liberation, while the third was concerned with the causes and dimensions of social representations of the phenomenon. The study followed a descriptive analytical approach. Results: It was concluded that the Algerian society rejects homosexuality as it contradicts the role defined by the collective, religious, and social conscience, and the culture of the milieu to which the individual belongs by stigmatizing its practitioners, despite the sexual liberation and the impact it has on the value and cultural fabric of society. There was also a difference in the social representations of university students of homosexuality in terms of gender, age, and geographical location. Conclusion: Algerian society has a negative and stigmatizing view of homosexuals despite the openness and sexual liberation that society has witnessed in recent years. Therefore, we think it is necessary to include sex education in schools as it is as important as any other aspect of education, and to ensure the inculcation of sexual education in school and family milieu in particular.
