|a تبنى المشرع الجزائري في تعديل قانون الإجراءات الجزائية لسنة 2015، إجراء المثول الفوري كبديل لنظام التلبس بالجنح، بهدف تبسيط وتسريع إجراءات المتابعة الجزائية في بعض الجنح التي لا تستدعي تحقيقا، ويخضع هذا الإجراء إلى مجموعة من الشروط الشكلية والموضوعية والإجراءات المتفردة قبل وأثناء المحاكمة. وتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالأحكام القانونية والإجرائية للمثول الفوري في التشريع الجزائري، وبيان شروطه وضوابطه، ويعمل هذا الإجراء على تجريد وكيل الجمهورية من سلطة الإيداع رهن الحبس المؤقت باعتباره خصما في الدعوى ويخول هذه الصلاحية للقاضي فقط، كما انه مكن المتهم لأول مرة في الجزائر من الاتصال بمحاميه داخل أروقة المحكمة قبل الجلسة في مكان خاص.
