Historically, this young prince was the nephew of General Hassan Al- Ghassani, who became the adopted son of the Kahina after his capture. But literarily, he was a gifted scribe. Dazzled by the heroism of his queen and the bravery of his uncle, Khaled devotes his talent as a historian to reporting some episodes of the last two Islamic expeditions to the Maghreb. |d Gisèle Halimi dans son roman La Kahina propose de lire le parcours glorieux et tragique de la reine berbère dans la langue de Khaled ibn Yazid. Historiquement, ce jeune prince était le neveu du Général Hassan Al-Ghassani, devenu après sa capture le fils adoptif de la Kahina. Mais littérairement, il est un scribe doué. Ébloui par l’héroïsme de sa reine et les bravoures de son oncle, Khaled consacre son talent d’historien pour nous rapporter certains épisodes des deux dernières expéditions Islamiques au Maghreb. | ||
