تمر المنطقة العربية بل المجتمع الدولي بظروف غاية في التوتر وعدم الاستقرار؛ بسبب آفة انتشرت وبدأت تسري في جسد المجتمع الدولي بأسره، هذه الآفة هي الإرهاب بكافة صوره، فهناك إرهاب مادي يتضمن القتل والذبح والتفجير، وهناك إرهاب معنوي يتضمن إرهابًا فكريًا يرغب في تغيير الأفكار السوية والمعتدلة إلى أفكارًا أخرى متشددة تتسم بالعنف الأخلاقي. وعلى الرغم من أهمية الدور الإيجابي للمؤسسات الإعلامية في تحقيق التغيير السياسي والاقتصادي في كثير من الدول داخل المجتمع الدولي إلا أن بعض هذه المؤسسات يدفعها التمويل المغرض من بعض الجهات الكارهة للدول التي تسعى إلى تحقيق برامج التنمية مما يجعلها تبيع مبادئها للحصول على مادة إعلامية أكثر تشويقاً، ولو كان ذلك على حساب أخلاق ومبادئ المهنة أو حتى على حساب مبادئ الدين، وقد يتخذ البعض حرية الإعلام ستاراً لبث سمومه في شكل أخبار أو برامج تحوي معلومات مغلوطة تنشر فكرها المسموم داخل عقول الشباب. وأما عن مصادر هذه الكيانات المغرضة فهي تأتي من دول ومنظمات خططت لبث برامج كاذبة ومفبركة تحض على كراهية الشعوب الساعية إلى التنمية والاستقرار كما أن هناك دولاً عربية وأجنبية تشارك في تمويل هذه القنوات غير الأخلاقية من أجل نشر أفكار تهدد كيان الدول الأخرى، وإذا لم يتعاون المجتمع الدولي بكافة وسائله التنفيذية والإعلامية في مواجهة هذا الخطر، فستكون الخسارة فادحة. ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية نحاول إلقاء الضوء على هذه الظاهرة ومدى استخدام المؤسسات الإعلامية في تحقيق آثار إيجابية في النظم السياسية، أو العكس، لتوضيح مدى تأثير بعض المؤسسات الإعلامية الفاشلة أو المغرضة وانعكاساتها على الوضع الاقتصادي للدول، مع التحليل السياسي والاقتصادي لكل منهما.

And the sources of these malicious entities come from countries and organizations that have planned to broadcast false and fabricated programs that incite hatred for people seeking development and stability. There are also Arab and foreign countries involved in financing these immoral channels in spreading ideas that threaten the entity of other countries and if the international community does not cooperate with all Its executive and media outlets are facing this danger, so the loss will be huge. Through this research paper, we try to shed light on this phenomenon and the extent of the use of media institutions to achieve positive effects in political systems, or vice versa the extent of the impact of some failed or malicious media institutions and their implications for the economic situation of countries, with the political and economic analysis of each of them
