المستخلص: This study aims at identifying the level of ambiguity of the role of the clinical psychologists at the hospital of Laghouat, the researcher applied Woodman (1985) scale of ambiguity of the role on a research sample which consists of (05) Psychotherapists, In addition to the interview as a second tool for collecting the data, using the Descriptive Approach, the study concluded with a set of results which evoke that there is an average level of role ambiguity among clinical psychologists towards their job setting. Also, there is a difference in the level of ambiguity of the role among clinical psychologists due to the variable of seniority, and the variable of a permanent/temporary position.
