المستخلص: في إطار اهتمام المملكة العربية السعودية المتنامي بخدمة ضيوف الرحمن واعتماد إثراء تجربة الحاج والمعتمر هدفا محوريا ضمن رؤيتها ٢٠٣٠؛ وفي ضوء ربط الشعائر الدينية بالإرث الثقافي الإسلامي للمملكة العربية السعودية؛ استهدف البحث إبراز مفهوم الإثراء الثقافي لتجربة الحاج والمعتمر، من خلال توضيح التعريف والأهمية في المجال الديني والسياحة الدينية والاجتماعي والصحي والاقتصادي والبيئي والتطوعي والمعرفي وخصائص الإثراء الثقافي لتجربة الحاج والمعتمر، كما عرف البحث بواقع الخدمات التي تقدمها جامعة أم القرى في سبيل إثراء تجربة الحاج والمعتمر وقدم توصيات تعزز دور جامعة أم القرى في عملية الإثراء الثقافي للحاج والمعتمر. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وأداة المقابلة مع الجهات ذات العلاقة بجامعة أم القرى. ويتوقع أن تسهم نتائج البحث في تحقيق رؤية ورسالة جامعة أم القرى بشكل عام ومعهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين لأبحاث الحج والعمرة بجامعة أم القرى الذي يعد المرجع العلمي للأبحاث المتعلقة بخدمة الحجاج والمعتمرين بشكل خاص، إضافة إلى خدمة القائمين على رعاية تجربة الحاج والمعتمر، منذ دخوله المملكة العربية السعودية وحتى مغادرته كوزارة الحج والعمرة ووزارة الثقافة ووزارة السياحة والجهات ذات العلاقة من خلال تقديم مجالات إثرائية وتوصيات تدعم خدمتهم للحاج والمعتمر.

In the context of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s increasing interest in serving the pilgrims, and the adoption of enriching the experience of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims as a pivotal objective within its vision 2030; and in light of linking the religious rituals with the Islamic cultural heritage of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the study aimed to highlight the concept of cultural enrichment for the experience of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, by clarifying the definition, importance in the religious field, the religious tourism field, the social field, the health field, the economic field, the environmental field, the voluntary field, and the knowledge field, and characteristics of the cultural enrichment for the experience of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The study also identified the reality of the services provided by Umm Al-Qura University in order to enrich the experience of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, and it made recommendations that enhance the role of Umm Al-Qura University in the process of cultural enrichment for the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The study used the descriptive approach and the tool of the interview with the relevant authorities at Umm Al-Qura University. The results of the study are expected to contribute to achieving the vision and mission of Umm Al-Qura University in general and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research at Umm Al-Qura University, which is considered a scientific reference for research related to the services of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims in particular, in addition to serving the sponsors of the experience of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, since their arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia until their departure as the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Tourism and the relevant authorities by providing enrichment fields and recommendations that support their services to the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.
