المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الأليكسيثيميا لدى طالبات الجامعة، والكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الأليكسيثيميا ونمط السيطرة المخية (أيسر- أيمن- متكامل)، وبين الأليكسيثيميا والقلق الاجتماعي، والتعرف على إمكانية التنبؤ بالأليكسيثيميا بمعلومية كلا من نمط السيطرة المخية (أيسر- أيمن- متكامل) والقلق الاجتماعي، وتكونت العينة من (500) طالبة بقسم علم النفس بكلية الدراسات الإنسانية بجامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت الباحثتان مقياس الأليكسيثيميا ومقياس القلق الاجتماعي، كما تم استخدام مقياس أنماط السيطرة المخية إعداد تورانس وأخرين، تعريب وتقنين صلاح مراد ومحمد مصطفي(1998)، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من الأليكسيثيميا لدى المشاركات، وجاء بعد (ضعف فهم وتمييز المشاعر والانفعالات) في المرتبة الأولى وفي المرتبة الأخيرة بعد (قصور التفكير التخيلي)، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الأليكسيثيميا وأبعادها المدروسة (ضعف فهم وتمييز المشاعر والانفعالات، صعوبة وصف المشاعر والانفعالات، التفكير الموجه للخارج، قصور التفكير التخيلي) وكلا من النمط الأيسر والنمط الأيمن، ووجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين النمط المتكامل والأليكسيثيميا (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية)، كما وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الأليكسيثيميا والقلق الاجتماعي (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية)، وأشارت النتائج أيضا إلى أنه يمكن التنبؤ بالأليكسيثيميا من خلال النمط المتكامل ومن خلال القلق الاجتماعي، وأن بعد (تشوه الإدراكات الاجتماعية) أكثر أبعاد القلق الاجتماعي تنبؤا بالأليكسيثيميا.

This research aimed to identify the level of alexithymia among female university students, and to reveal the correlation relationship between (left-right-integrated), and alexithymia and Dominant hemispherity patterns between alexithymia and social anxiety, and to knowledge the possibility of predicting alexithymia given both of the pattern of Dominant hemispherity (left-right-integrated) and social anxiety. The research sample consisted of (500) female students enrolled in Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Humaneness Studies at Al-Azhar University in Cairo. The research adopted a descriptive approach, and the researchers prepared Scales of alexithymia, hemispherity Patterns was also used, Social anxiety, The Scale of Dominant prepared by Torrance and others. Arabization and codification by Salah Murad that and Mohammed Mustafa (1998), Rresults of the research concluded there was a medium level of alexithymia among the participants, and it was came dimension (weak understanding and discrimination of feelings and emotions) in the first place and in the last place (deficiency of imaginative thinking), and the results also showed that there is no correlation statistically significant between alexithymia and its studied dimensions (Poor understanding and discrimination of feelings and emotions, difficulty in describing feelings and emotions, outward-directed thinking, imaginative thinking deficiency) and both of the left and right patterns, and a statistically significant positive correlation was found between the integrated pattern and alexithymia (dimensions and total score), and a positive, statistically significant correlation was found between alexithymia and social anxiety (dimensions and total score), and the results also indicated that alexithymia can be predicted through the integrated pattern and through social anxiety, and that dimension (distortion of social perceptions) are the most dimensions social anxiety as a predictor of alexithymia.
