|a هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى كفاءة خدمات الرعاية الصحية بمؤسسات المجتمع المدني وكذا تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في تحسين خدمات الرعاية الصحية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى كفاءة مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في تقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية كما يحددها المسئولون بلغ (2.44) وهو مستوى مرتفع من خلال معدلات أداء العاملين متمثلا في زيادة إنتاجية العاملين، اتساق المخرجات مع ظروف واحتياجات المجتمع، إمكانية التقليل من الفاقد أو الهدر الزمنى أو المادي أو البشرى وتوافر نظم المعلومات وكذا توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الصعوبات التي تواجه كفاءة مؤسسات المجتمع في تقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية كما يحددها المستفيدين بلغ (1.98) وهو مستوى متوسط وذلك من خلال نقص أعداد بعض الأطباء في تخصصات معينة، تزايد أعداد المرضى في قائمة الانتظار، تعقد الإجراءات الخاصة بالحصول على الخدمة.
|b The study aimed to measure the level of efficiency of health care services in civil society institutions. As well as Identifying the obstacles facing civil society institution in improving health care. The study found that the level of efficiency of civil society institutions in providing health care services as determined by officials reached (2.44 ) which is a high level through the rates of employee performance represented in increasing the productivity of workers, and the consistency of out puts with the conditions and needs of society. The possibility of reducing the loss or waste of time, material or human and the availability of information systems. The study also found that the level of difficulties facing the efficiency of community institutions in providing health care services as limited by the beneficiaries reached (1.98 ) , which is an average level. This is due to the lack of numbers of some doctors in certain specialties, the increase in the number of patients in the waiting list, and the complexity of the procedures for obtaining the service.
