المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة تحديد العلاقة بين استخدام جماعات المهام وتعزيز ثقافة العمل الحرلدى طلاب مدارس التعليم الفني، وذلك من خلال تحديد العلاقة بين استخدام جماعات المهام وتعزيز المعارف والقدرات الذاتية والقدرات التخطيطية والقدرات التسويقية التي تتطلبها ثقافة العمل الحرلدى طلاب مدارس التعليم الفني. وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات التجريبية والتي تهدف إلى اختيار العلاقة بين متغيرين أحدهما متغير مستقل (استخدام جماعات المهام) والآخر متغير تابع (تعزيز ثقافة العمل الحرلدى طلاب التعليم الفني)، وتوافقا مع نوع الدراسة وأهدافها، فقد اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج التجريبي، وإذا كان منهج البحث التجريبي هو ذلك المنهج الذي يتم من خلال ما يسمى بالضبط التجريبي. وقد بلغ عدد عينة الدراسة (15) طالب من طلاب التعليم الفني بمدرسة الثانوية الزخرفية العسكرية بمدينة دمنهور- إدارة بندر دمنهور التعليمية، ممن لديهم الرغبة في المشاركة في إجراء الدراسة، وممارسة فعاليات وأنشطة التدخل المهني مع الباحث فترة تطبيق الدراسة. وقد أكدت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفرض الرئيس للدراسة والذي مؤداه "توجد علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام جماعات المهام وتعزيز ثقافة العمل الحرلدى طلاب مدارس التعليم الفني". حيث يتضح من الجدول أن متوسط استجابات الطلاب أعضاء المجموعة التجريبية (عينة الدراسة في القياس القبلي (69.39) بانحراف معياري (10.68) بينما بلغ متوسط استجاباتهم في القياس البعدي (112.32) بانحراف معياري (12.35) وبمتوسط فروق (43.93) وخطأ معياري للفرق (11.98) وقد جاءت قيمة (ت) المحسوبة (14.24) وهي قيمة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)، مما يؤكد على وجود فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية حيث حدث تغيير بين استجابات أعضاء المجموعة التجريبية (عينة الدراسة) في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لأبعاد المقياس ككل والمرتبط بتعزيز ثقافة العمل الحر لدى طلاب التعليم الفني.

The study aimed to determine the relationship between the use of task groups and the development of self-employment culture among students of technical education schools, by determining the relationship between the use of task groups and the development of knowledge, self-abilities, planning capabilities, and marketing capabilities required by the self-employment culture among students of technical education schools. This study is considered one of the experimental studies, which aims to choose the relationship between two variables, one of which is an independent variable (the use of task groups) and the other is a dependent variable (the development of a culture of self-employment among technical education students). And if the experimental research method is that method that is carried out through what is called experimental precision. The sample of the study was (15) students of technical education at Al-Zakhira Military Secondary School in Damanhur City- Bandar Damanhour Educational Administration, who wished to participate in conducting the study, and to practice professional intervention activities and activities with the researcher during the period of application of the study. The results of the study confirmed the validity of the main hypothesis of the study, which states that "there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the use of task groups and the development of a culture of self-employment among students of technical education schools." It is clear from the table that the average responses of the students, members of the experimental group (study sample), in the pre-measurement (69.39) with a standard deviation (10.68), while the average of their responses in the post measurement was (112.32) with a standard deviation (12.35) and an average Differences (43.93) and standard error for the difference (11.98). The calculated value of (T) came (14.24), which is a statistically significant value at the level of significance (0.05), which confirms the existence of significant differences with statistical significance, where There was a change between the responses of the members of the experimental group (the study sample) in the pre and post measurements of the dimensions of the scale as a whole, which is related to the development of a culture of selfemployment among technical education students.
