يهدف البحث إلى تحقيق أفضل الخواص الوظيفية والجمالية لأقمشة تناسب تصميم ملابس ألعاب الفنون القتالية ومنها لعبة الجودو (موضوع الدراسة لمرحلة الطفولة المتأخرة من: 12 سنة) وقد تم إنتاج أقمشة لهذا الغرض بمواصفات ثابتة لخيوط السداء قطن ۱۰۰ نمرة (۳۰/ ۱) ترقيم إنجليزي وذلك بتراكيب نسجية متغيرة شبيكة تقليدية- مبرد مضفور- ضامة (بخيوط لحمة نمرة ٤٥ بأنواع غزول مدمج- ممشط- مسرح) بنسبة ليكرا (1 %) وقد خضع القماش المنتج لعمليات المعالجة الأولية وتم إجراء بعض الاختبارات المعملية بالمعهد القومي للقياس والمعايرة وهي كالتالي: اختبار قوة الشد للأقمشة في اتجاه اللحمة، اختبار النسبة المئوية للاستطالة في اتجاه اللحمة اختبار انزلاق خيوط الحياكة في اتجاه اللحمة،، اختبار نفاذية الهواء واختبار العزل الحراري، اختبار زاوية الكرمشة. وتم تحليل النتائج إحصائيا باستخدام تحليل التباين ANOVA والخرائط الردارية الدالة على تأثير متغيرات عوامل الدراسة الملائمة، وأشارت نتائج الاختبارات المعملية أن أفضل خامة هي تلك المنتجة بأسلوب الغزل الممشط لخيط اللحمة بتركيب نسجي شبيكة تقليدية وبنسبة ليكرا (1)% وذلك من حيث الخواص الوظيفية المقاسة لتحسين الخواص الوظيفية لأقمشة بدلة الجودو. وتم تصميم (۷) تصميمات مختلفة لتناسب بدلة الجودو بأفضل خامة منتجة، وقد تم تحديد أفضل التصميمات من خلال استمارتي استبيان للتصميمات المقترحة موجه لكل من (المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج- المستهلكين) وقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة الاستفادة من أفضل التصميمات المنتجة بأفضل خامة لتنفيذ بدلة الجودو للوصول إلى أفضل أداء لتحقيق البطولات، ولتنافس اتجاهات الموضة الحديثة في الأسواق.
The research aims to achieve the best functional and aesthetic properties of fabrics suitable for the design of clothing for martial arts sports ,including (judo) the subject of the study for the late childhood stage (from 9: 12 years). and producing fabrics for this purpose with fixed specifications for warp threads, 100% cotton, numbered (1/30), English numbering., with variable weaving structures (traditional mesh - plaited braid - connective) with weft threads (number 45) with types of yarn (combined - combed - striped) with a percentage of Lycra (1%). In" the National Institute for Measurement and Calibration", which are: Weft tensile strength test, weft percentage elongation test, weft slip test, air permeability test, heat insulation test, wrinkle angle test.. The results were statistically analyzed using ANOVA and radar maps on the effect of the variables of the appropriate study factors, and the results of laboratory tests indicated that the best material was the one produced by the combed spinning method of weft thread with a traditional mesh weaving structure and with a percentage of Lycra (1%), from Where the functional properties measured to improve the functional properties of the judo suit fabrics, (7) different designs were designed to fit the judo suit with the best producing material, The best designs were identified through two questionnaires for the proposed designs directed to each of (specialists in the field of clothing and textiles - consumers), the researcher recommended taking advantage of the best designs produced with the best material for the implementation of the judo suit to reach the best performance to achieve championships, and to compete with the latest fashion trends.
