In the Field of plastic arts, Virtual environments represent a new form of artistic expression that is able through its methods and styles to produce and display art works and experiences in a way that carries new dimensions. These environments have their own properties as one of the mediums in new media art, which carries a content that belongs to the ideology of postmodernism art, which is not available with the flexibility and the number of possibilities in the traditional media. The research deals with the main features of virtual environments, and how to recruit them in new media art, and that is by tackling the concepts of virtual environments. In addition to studying and analyzing a selection of artworks that used a variety of methods and techniques of virtual environments as artistic mediums to generate and display their contents. Burullus has become an icon of open art murals around the world. However, the beach city overlooking the Mediterranean has become one of the cities in the Kafr El-Sheikh governorate, frequented by artists with a high reputation in painting and sculpture, where he mixed reality with creativity, art with beauty and nature with imagination through golden fingers of young men, adults, men and women who were able to step into a big event that lovers of beauty and art around the world are waiting for . From the reality of the surrounding environment of the sea, fishermen, children and the beautiful nature of Burullus, as well as painting and sculpting on dozens of small boats. Every year beginning in 2004, the Burullus International Forum, under the auspices of the Dr. Abdel Weheb Abdel Mohsen Artist Foundation holds this important event and invites Egyptian and non-Egyptian artists to participate in order to encourage a culture of work Collective and spreading the spirit of cooperation, love and intimacy among members of society and different age groups, as well as discovering talents, especially among children . Over the course of seven sessions of the institution’s work, it invites artists, photographers, non-photographers, and sculptors, Egyptians and from around the world, to shed light on this geographical spot (Burullus) as one of the coastal cities of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, and thus the exchange of artistic and cultural experiences and the fusion of those experiences and cultures around the world to produce works of art from The environment of the Parliament on the one hand, and on the other hand, from the culture and thought of the special artist, which leads at the end to an integrated creative process that is produced every year to produce the same artistic event on the same spot .
