|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة وعى الزوجين بآداب الحوار وعلاقته بإدارة الأزمات الأسرية وتمثلت عينة البحث من (414) زوج وزوجة، ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة غرضية صدفية ومن ثم تم تطبيق أدوات البحث عليهم المكونة من استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان الوعي بآداب الحوار، استبيان إدارة الأزمات الأسرية. ثم تفريغها وتبويبها وجدولتها وتحليلها إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) ويتبع هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. وكانت نتائج البحث - وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين وعي الزوجين بآداب الحوار بمحاوره الثلاثة، إدارة الأزمات الأسرية لديهم بأبعادها الثلاثة. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين متغير (مستوى تعليم الزوج) وكل من (معلومات ومعارف تتعلق بالحوار، ممارسات تتعلق بالحوار، إجمالي وعي الزوجين بآداب الحوار) كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متغير المستوى التعليمي للزوجة وكل من (معلومات ومعارف تتعلق بالحوار، ممارسات تتعلق بالحوار، إجمالي وعي الزوجين بآداب الحوار) - وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين (متغير مستوى تعليم الزوجة)، وكل من ما قبل الأزمة، ما بعد الأزمة)، كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متغير (مستوى تعليم الزوجة)، وكل من (أثناء الأزمة، إجمالي إدارة الأزمات الأسرية).
|b The aim of the current study was to invedtigate the spouses' awareness of the relation between the dialogue etiquetta and managing family crises. The research was conducted on (413) husbands and wives, from different social and economic strata, who were chosen purposefully. The study instruments included the general data form, a questionnaire of the dialogue étiquette awareness and a questionnaire of family crisis management. Data were tabulated and analyzed statistically, using the (spss) program. The current study was descriptive and analytical. Results proved. A positive, statistically significant correlation at the level of (0.01) between the spouses awareness of the dialogue etiquette and its three dimensions, their family crisis management and its three dimensions. Results proved, also, a statistically significant correlation at the level of (0.05)between some social and economic levels such as the husband’s educational level and information, knowledge, and practices related to dialogue and total awareness of the spouses of the dialogue etiquette. Moreover, results proved a statistically significant correlation at the level of (0.01)between wife' s educational level and the wife’s educational level, information, knowledge, and practices related to dialogue and total awareness of the spouses of the dialogue etiquette. In addition, results showed no correlation between the monthly income of the family and information and knowledge, attitudes and practices related to dialogue and the spouses' total awareness of the dialogue etiquettes. Additionally, a statistically significant correlation at the level(0.05) was shown between the wife's education level, and pre-crisis, and post-crisis. Furthermore, a statistically significant correlation at the level (0.01) was shown between the wife's education level, and during the crisis, and total management of family crisis. Also, no-statistically significant differences were shown between the husbands and wives of the rural and urban sample of the study, regarding information and knowledge, attitudes, practices related to dialogue and the total questionnaire of the spouses' awareness of dialogue etiquette. Moreover, results revealed no-statistically significant differences between husbands and wives of the study sample, rural and urban, pre-crisis, during lcrisis, post-crisis, total family crisis management scale. No statistically significant difference was shown between husbands and wives of the study sample, in information and knowledge, attitudes, practices related to dialogue, and the total questionnaire of the spouses' awareness of dialogue etiquette, according to the age of the husband and wife. The current study recommended holding seminars in universities by professionals on how to manage crises and the different ways to deal with, holding other seminars on the best method for dialogue and paying attention to holding seminars and meetings with husbands and wives in civil associations to raise their awareness of the importance of using the method of dialogue in the family and to provide them with the necessary skills to apply and work with.
