المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تقعيد فقه الحركة والارتحال وبيان منزلة الحركة والتجوال لتبليغ الإسلام؛ إذ الحركة لا تنفك عن الدعوة، فالحركة في قاموس الدعاة هي الحياة، والسكون هو الموت، وقد جاء البحث ليجيب عن هذه التساؤلات: ما مشروعية الحركة وضرورتها للدعوة؟ كيف كانت الحركة في حياة الأنبياء عليهم السلام وأتباعهم؟ ما منزلة الحركة عند دعاة العصر؟ وما هي أهم المعوقات التي تقف حجر عثرة أمام تنقل دعاة العصر وتحركهم للتبليغ؟ وما هي السبل الناجعة لإزالة العقبات التي تعترض حركتهم؟ فذكرت المراد بعنوان البحث، وبينت أن الحركة سنة كونية وضرورة حياتية، كذلك فإنها روح الدعوة وأعرق وسائلها، ثم عرضت ارتحال الأنبياء وتجولهم لنشر الدين وتثبيت دعائمه، كما بينت حركة الصحابة رضي الله عنهم ومن بعدهم من علماء الأمة وأئمتها، وكيف كان للحركة بالغ الأثر في نجاح دعوتهم، كما ذكرت الواقع الإيجابي والجانب المشرق لحركة الدعاة في العصر الحاضر سواء كان العمل بصورة فردية أم كان بصورة جماعية وذكرت نماذج لذلك، وأتبعت ذلك ببيان بعض الجوانب السلبية لنشاط دعاة العصر، وذكرت الأسباب التي حالت بينهم وبين الحركة وبذل المجهود كالخمول والتشاغل بالمفضول والتغافل عن واقع الأمة ومشكلاتها وغير ذلك، ثم ختمت البحث ببيان سبل النهوض بحركة الدعاة في العصر الحاضر وذلك بالإخلاص وعلو الهمة والدراية بأحوال الأمة وغير ذلك، وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أصل المنهج الحركي للدعوة بقوله وعمله، فكان لا يرى إلا غاديا أو رائحا، وقصد الأفراد والجماعات في أنديتهم وأسواقهم، داعيا إلى الله وحده وخلع ما سواه من أنداد. وتوصلت إلى وجود بعض المؤسسات والجماعات التي أخذت على عاتقها التجوال والانتقال سعيا للإصلاح ونشرا للخير، ويوصي الباحث بضرورة نشر ثقافة الحركة بين طلائع الدعوة، وتدريبهم على الحركة والانتقال لبذل النصح، كما ينبغي دراسة المنهج الحركي للدعاة الأول للاقتداء بهم واستخراج العبر والفوائد من سيرهم، كما يوصي أيضا كل داعية أن يكون إماما في السعي لنشر الحق، وقدوة في بذل الجهد، وسباقا في الخير، فكلما نشط أهل الحق واستبقوا انزوى أهل الباطل واندحروا.

The research aims to clarify the jurisprudence of movement and travel and clarify the status of movement and travel to call for Islam. As the movement does not cease to call, movement in the dictionary of the preachers is life, and silence is death, and this research is conducted to answer these questions: What is the legitimacy of the movement and its necessity for Dawa? How was the movement in the lives of the prophets, peace be upon them and their followers? What is the status of the movement for the preachers of the times? What are the most important obstacles that stand in the way of the movement of the modern preachers and their call for Dawa? What are the effective ways to overcome the obstacles that hinder their movement? I mentioned the subject with the title of the research, and showed that the movement is a universal Sunnah and a life necessity, as well as it is the spirit of Dawa and the most ancient means of it, then I showed the prophets traveling and wandering to spread the religion and establish its pillars, as the movement of the Companions, may Allah be pleased with them and the ummah’s scholars and imams who came after the companions, and I showed how the movement had a great impact on The success of their call, as I mentioned the positive reality and the bright side of the preachers' movement in the modern era, whether the work was individually or collectively, and I mentioned examples of that, and I followed that by showing some negative aspects of the modern callers, and I mentioned the reasons that prevented them from moving and exerting effort such as lethargy and preoccupation with the favorable and ignorant the reality of the ummah, its problems, and so on, then I concluded the research showing ways to advance the movement of the preachers in the present age, with sincerity, high energy and awareness of the nation’s conditions, etc. The most important results that I reached were that the Prophet, peace be upon him, established the dynamic approach of Dawa by words and deed. The prophet intended individuals and groups in their clubs and markets, calling to Allah alone and leaving all other peers. I concluded that there are some institutions and groups that have undertaken to travel and move in pursuit of calling for Dawah and the spread of good. The researcher recommends the necessity of spreading the culture of the movement among the pioneers of the da'wah, and training them to move and travel in order to give advice, and the dynamic approach of the first preachers should be studied order to follow them and extract lessons and benefits from their biography. He also recommends that every preachers should be an imam in striving to spread the truth, be a model in exerting effort, and a forerunner in goodness, so the more the people of truth become active, the people of falsehood will be disappeared and defeated.
