المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على طبيعة الأبعاد النظرية للسياسة الخارجية للجمهورية التركية بعد وصول حزب العدالة والتنمية إلى قمة السلطة في تركيا، ما رافق ذلك من تحولا عميقًا في الرؤية السياسية الخارجية للجمهورية التركية، ليس فقط على مستوي التوجهات السياسة؛ بل أيضًا على مستوى التطبيق العملي لمنطلقات جديدة للسياسة الخارجية، لتصبح لديها قدر عال من الفعالية والمرونة في التعامل مع القضايا الخارجية، وفق رؤية مختلفة لمكانة تركيا على المستويين العالمي والإقليمي، وإعادة توجيه السياسة الخارجية التركية في إطار نظريات وتصورات قدمها مفكرو الحزب. وقسمت الدراسة إلى أربع محاور؛ الأول: أسس السياسة الخارجية للجمهورية التركية، والثاني: دوافع التحول في السياسة الخارجية للجمهورية التركية، والثالث: أدوار السياسة الخارجية للجمهورية التركية، والرابع الأبعاد النظرية للسياسة الخارجية للجمهورية التركية. واعتمدت الدراسة على مقاربة منهجية، قائمة على توظيف مجموعة من المناهج. المنهج الوصفي: الباحث من خلاله يحاول تفسير وتحليل التغيرات التي طرأت على السياسة الخارجية التركية بعد وصول حزب العدالة والتنمية للسلطة. وقد سعت الدراسة لتوظيفه في فهم والتحولات الحاصلة في السياسة الخارجية التركية وانعكاساتها منهج تحليل النظم: يعد من أكثر المناهج استخدماً في تحليل ظاهرة السياسة الخارجية. وقد أصل لهذا المنهج كل من (ديفيد ايستون، ريتشارد سنايدر، مايكل بريتشر). ويعتمد هذا المنهج على أن نظرية السياسة الخارجية تحتوي جملة من المتغيرات، أي أن جوهر العملية السياسة في التفاعل المجتمعي والمؤسسي. وقد سعت الدراسة لتوظيفه في فهم طبيعة السلوك التركي الخارجي بعد وصول حزب العدالة والتنمية للحكم. المنهج المقارن يعتمد تحليل السياسة الخارجية في الدراسات المعاصرة كثيراً على المنهج المقارن، أو ما يعرف بالسياسة الخارجية المقارنة، التي تعتمد على التحليل المقارن. وقد سعت الدراسة لتوظيفه من جلال التطرق للسياسة الخارجية التركية انطلاقا من الرؤى والمواقف التي تعتمد عليها الدولة التركية تجاه العديد من القضايا.

The study aimed to identify the nature of the theoretical dimensions of the foreign policy of the Republic of Turkey after the Justice and Development came to power in Turkey. This was accompanied by a profound transformation in the foreign political vision of the Republic of Turkey, not only at the level of political orientations, but also at the level of practicing new starting points for politics of foreign affairs, so that it has a high degree of effectiveness and flexibility in dealing with foreign issues, according to a different vision of Turkey's position at the regional and global levels, and reorienting Turkish foreign policy relations within the framework of theories and perceptions presented by the party's thinkers . The study was divided into four axes: the first, the foundations of the foreign policy of the Republic of Turkey, the second, the motives for the shift in the foreign policy of the Republic of Turkey, the third, the roles of the foreign policy of the Republic of Turkey, and the fourth, the theoretical dimensions of the foreign policy of the Republic of Turkey. The researcher tries through it Interpret and analyze the changes that occurred in the Turkish foreign policy after the Justice and Development Party camr to power. The study used this approach to understand the transformations and their repercussions that occurred in Turkish foreign policy. Systems analysis approach: It is one of the most used approaches in analyzing the phenomenon of foreign policy. It was originated by David Easton, Richard Snyder, Michael Preacher. This approach is based on the fact that foreign policy theory comprises a set of variables, which is the base of the political process in societal and institutional interaction. The study sought to employ this approach in understanding the nature of the Turkish foreign behavior after the Justice and Development Party came to power. Comparative approach: Foreign policy analysis in contemporary studies relies heavily on the comparative approach, or on what is known as comparative foreign policy, which relies on comparative analysis. The study sought to employ it by addressing the Turkish foreign policy based on the visions and positions on which the Turkish State depend on many issues.
