|a هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أثر الريادة الرقمية في أساليب تدريس المكفوفين، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مركز النور للمكفوفين في دولة قطر، وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اعتماد الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبلغ حجم العينة (147)، تم توزيع (147) استبانة، وتم استرداد (140)، وبعد الفحص تم استبعاد (3) استبانات، حيث بلغ عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل (137) استبانة، بنسبة (92.5%)، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائي (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (α ≤ 0.05) للريادة الرقمية المتمثل بأبعاده إدارة المعرفة الرقمية، إدارة بيئة التعليم مهارات القيادة الريادية في أساليب التدريس في مركز النور للمكفوفين بدولة قطر، حيث بلغ معامل التحديد (96.9%). وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها العمل على تعزيز ثقافه التعلم الرقمي للأفراد العاملين في مركز النور، وتشجيعهم على تبني المعرفة الريادية وزيادة الوعي بأهمية الريادة الرقمية وتطبيقها في أساليب تدريس المكفوفين، وذلك من خلال أشراك الأفراد العاملين بدورات متخصصة في أساليب تدريب المكفوفين الحديثة.
|b The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of digital leadership on teaching methods for the blind. The study population consisted of the Al Noor Center for the Blind in the State of Qatar. The analytical descriptive approach was followed. The questionnaire was adopted as a data collection tool. The sample size was (147), and (147) questionnaires were distributed. (140) were retrieved, and after the examination, (3) questionnaires were excluded, as the number of questionnaires valid for analysis was (137), with a rate of (92.5%), and the statistical package program (SPSS) was used to analyze the study data. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant effect at a significant level (α ≤ 0.05) of digital entrepreneurship represented by its dimensions (digital knowledge management, teaching environment management, entrepreneurial leadership skills) in teaching methods at Al Noor Center for the Blind in the State of Qatar, where it reached Determination coefficient (96.9%). The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is working to enhance the culture of digital learning for individuals working in the Al Noor Center, encouraging them to adopt pioneering knowledge and raising awareness of the importance of digital leadership and its application in teaching methods for the blind, by involving individuals working in specialized courses in modern training methods for the blind.
