المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة "اعتراضات ابن مالك النحوية على سيبويه (دراسة تحليلية)»، وهي دراسة تنتظم في سلك رصد الخلاف النحوي، الذي يعد في مقدمة ركائز نضج علم النحو؛ لما لهذا الخلاف في الآراء من الأثر البالغ في إثراء الدراسات النحوية، وهو – بحق- يبين مدى الرحابة والسعة في مجال التعبير والدلالة التي تتميز بها العربية عن غيرها من اللغات. كما تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في تعلقها بآراء إمام متقدمي النحاة سيبويه، وفكر إمام متأخري النحاة ابن مالك؛ إذ أن شرف أي عمل بشرف متعلقه، وقيمة أي رأي أو فكر بمكانة قائله، فكيف بآراء العلمين النحويين سيبويه وابن مالك؟. وهدفت الدراسة إلى العرض التحليلي للمسائل النحوية التي اعترض فيها ابن مالك على سيبويه، وهي اثنتا عشرة مسألة، وفق المنهج العلمي، وإعطاء كل حقه، مع الاعتماد في ذلك على الأدلة النحوية، وإثبات ما هو جديد من الآراء؛ بغية التوسع في الاستعمال اللغوي. وقد اعتمدنا في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث نعرض المسألة مشروحة، ثم نورد كلام سيبويه وابن مالك بتمامه، أو بتصرف يسير، ثم نبسط آراء من تناولوها من النحويين بالدراسة، مع الالتزام بترتيب الآراء في ذلك حسب الأقدمية في تاريخ الوفيات، ثم التعقيب على الرأي بالتأييد أو النقد، وإضافة رأي جديد في المسألة ما أمكن، مع ذكر العلة والدليل. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها ما يأتي: أولا: أثبتت الدراسة الترجيح في أغلب هذه المسائل، وقررت إثبات آراء جديدة في البعض منها؛ وذلك اعتمادا على ما وقفت عليه من الأدلة النحوية التي في مقدمتها السماع، والقياس والإجماع. ثانيا: أيدت الدراسة ابن مالك في سبع مسائل، وأيدت سيبويه في مسألتين، بينما أثبتت آراء جديدة في المسائل الثلاث الباقية.

This study focuses on "Ibn Malik’s grammatical objections to Sibawayh (An analytical study)." It is a comprehensive examination within the realm of grammatical disagreement, a fundamental aspect contributing to the advancement of grammatical science. The diversity of opinions in this field significantly enriches grammatical studies, highlighting the depth and breadth of expression and meaning that sets Arabic apart from other languages. The significance of this study is underscored by its exploration of the perspectives of two prominent figures: Sibawayh, the esteemed early grammarian, and Ibn Malik, the revered late grammarian. The credibility and value of any work are inherently tied to its owner, and similarly, the worth of any opinion or idea hinges on the reputation of its proponent. Hence, the relevance and importance of the viewpoints of both grammar scholars, Sibawayh and Ibn Malik. The study aimed to analytically present twelve grammatical issues in which Ibn Malik objected to Sibawayh. Employing a scientific method, the study provided comprehensive coverage of these issues while relying on grammatical evidence and introducing new perspectives to broaden linguistic usage. To achieve this, we adopted a descriptive and analytical approach. Firstly, we introduced each issue, providing an explanation. Next, we quoted the words of Sibawayh and Ibn Malik either in full or in a simplified manner. Subsequently, we summarized the opinions of other grammarians who studied these issues, arranging them according to their chronological seniority based on their date of death. Following this, we offered commentary on each opinion, providing support or criticism, and introduced new perspectives on the issues wherever possible, accompanied by rationale and evidence. The study has yielded several key findings, the most significant of which are outlined below: First: The study confirmed the predominance of certain viewpoints in the majority of these issues and opted to establish fresh perspectives in select cases. This determination was grounded in grammatical evidence, notably including auditory evidence, analogy, and consensus. Second: The study aligned with Ibn Malik's stance on seven issues and endorsed Sibawayh's position on two issues. Additionally, it introduced novel viewpoints on the remaining three issues.
