المستخلص: هذا البحث بعنوان: "نسخ التلاوة دراسة تأصيلية"، أعرض فيه حقيقة النسخ في لغة العرب، ثم أثبت أن آيات القرآن التي تحدثت عن النسخ قد قررت حقيقته اللغوية، وأثبتت كل أنواعه في القرآن، وأبين أن سلف الأمة كانوا يعبرون بالنسخ ويريدون ما هو أعم من رفع الحكم الشرعي، ثم أستقرئ حقيقة النسخ عند المتأخرين من العلماء، ثم أثبت أنواع النسخ في القرآن، مع المناقشة والرد على من أنكر بعض هذه الأنواع؛ لأصل من هذا كله إلى حقيقة النسخ في القرآن الكريم، ثم أتتبع ما صح من النصوص الحديثية التي تثبت الآيات منسوخة التلاوة، وأتناول هذه النصوص بالشرح والتحليل، ثم أعرض شبهة الشيعة الذين استدلوا بنسخ التلاوة على ما زعموه من نقص القرآن وسقوط بعض آياته. وأتبع في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي، التحليلي، النقدي. وقد خلص هذا البحث إلى أن النسخ عند الفقهاء والأصوليين جزء يسير من عموم النسخ في القرآن الكريم، وأن نسخ التلاوة ظاهرة مشتهرة ومستفيضة وثابتة ثبوتا قطعيا لا يمكن نفيه، وأن تلك الظاهرة لا تدل على وقوع تحريف في القرآن، بل تدل على حفظه وإتقان نقله؛ حيث ميز الصحابة. بدون اختلاف أو اضطراب. بين القرآن الذي استمرت تلاوته، والقرآن الذي ثبت نسخ تلاوته.

This research is entitled: "Nuskh al-Recitation: A Tassali Study": I present the reality of abrogation in the language of the Arabs, then prove that the verses of the Qur’an that talked about abrogation have determined its linguistic truth, and all kinds of it are proven in the Qur’an, and I show that the ancestors of the nation used to express through abrogation and want what is More general than the lifting of the legal ruling, Then study the reality of abrogation according to the later scholars, then prove the types of abrogation in the Qur’an, with discussion and response to those who deny some of these types; In order to arrive from all of this to the reality of abrogation in the Noble Qur’an, Then I follow what is authentic from the hadith texts that prove the verses copied from the recitation, and I deal with these texts with explanation and analysis, then I present the suspicion of the Shiites, who used the abrogation of the recitation as evidence for what they claimed of the deficiency of the Qur’an and the fall of some of its verses. In this research, I followed the inductive, analytical, and critical method. This research concluded that abrogation according to jurists and fundamentalists is a small part of the general abrogation in the Noble Qur’an, and that the abrogation of recitation is a well-known and extensive phenomenon, and it is definitively proven that cannot be denied, and that this phenomenon does not indicate the occurrence of a distortion in the Qur’an, but rather indicates its memorization and mastery of its transmission. ; The Companions distinguished- without difference or confusion- between the Qur'an whose recitation continued, and the Qur'an whose recitation was proven to be abrogated.
