Internal control is based on the basic functions of protection from losses and risks and confirmation of employee behavior within economic units. The financial stability of the economic unit is linked to its ability to generate profits and increase the value of invested capital while fulfilling its short- and long-term obligations. It is necessary to define the management performance evaluation, especially the financial performance evaluation, as it provides the department with information and concepts that help in making investment decisions and bridge the gaps and obstacles that may appear. | ||
