المستخلص: يسعى البحث الراهن إلى الكشف عن أبرز العوامل التنظيمية التي تسهم في تحقيق فعالية التنظيمات الطبية. كمتغير مستقل. في مواجهة المخاطر المصاحبة لفيروس كورونا بمجتمع البحث كمتغير تابع، ويشكل تحديا لقدرة تلك التنظيمات على مواجهة مثل هذه المخاطر. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتطبيق أداة المقابلة على عينة من المدراء ورؤساء الأقسام الإدارية والطبية قوامها ٥٠ مفردة، وصحيفة الاستبانة على عينة من الإداريين والأطباء والممرضين بمستشفى العبور قوامها ۲۰۰ مفردة، والاستبانة على عينة عمدية من المرضي التي تم علاجهم من فيروس كورنا من المستشفى قوامها ۱۰۰ مفردة. وقد خرج البحث بمجموعة من النتائج أبرزها : ساهمت البنية التحتية وتوافر الإمكانيات المادية والفنية وكفاءة الموارد البشرية بمستشفى العبور من تعزيز فعاليتها التنظيمية ولاسيما مع القيادات التنظيمية الشبابية لها، وقدرتها في دعم أعضاء التنظيم على العمل الجماعي، والعمل بروح الفريق، ورغبة في تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للتنظيم، واحتواء مختلف المشكلات التنظيمية ومواجهة النقص الكبير في الأطباء، ووجود نظام قوي في التعامل مع المخاطر الصحية، والدقة والالتزام في العمل، والعمل بروح الفريق نحو تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للتنظيم من خلال رفع الكفاءات البشرية بالتدريب واستحداث تقنيات حديثة تسهم في إنجاز الأعمال، وجميعها عوامل ساهمت في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية للتنظيمات الطبية ، وقدرتها على مواجهة المخاطر الصحية، خاصة المصابون بفيروس كورونا، ودعمهم اجتماعيًا وعلاجيًا، سواء داخل التنظيم، أو تقديم سبل المتابعة والرعاية في منازل المصابين بفيروس كورنا بمجتمع البحث.

The current research seeks to reveal the most important organizational factors that contribute to achieving the organizational effectiveness of medical organizations in the face of societal risks in light of the spread of the Corona virus epidemic that threatens the research community, and poses a challenge to the ability of these organizations to confront such risks. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the application of the interview tool on a sample of managers and heads of administrative and medical departments consisting of 50 items, and the questionnaire on a sample of administrators, doctors and nurses at Al-Obour Hospital, consisting of 200 items. And the questionnaire on a deliberate sample of patients who were treated for Corona virus from the hospital consisted of 100 individuals. The research came out with a set of results, the most prominent of which are: The infrastructure, availability of material and technical capabilities, and the efficiency of human resources in El-Obour Hospital contributed to enhancing its organizational effectiveness, especially with its youth organizational leaders, and its ability to support members of the organization in teamwork, teamwork, and a desire to achieve strategic goals. To organize, contain various organizational problems, face the great shortage of doctors, have a strong system in dealing with health risks, accuracy and commitment to work, and work in a team spirit towards achieving the strategic goals of the organization by raising human competencies through training and the development of modern technologies that contribute to the completion of work, All of these factors contributed to achieving the organizational effectiveness of medical organizations, and their ability to confront health risks, especially those infected with the Coronavirus, and support them socially and therapeutically, whether within the organization, or providing follow-up and care in the homes of people infected with the Corona virus in the research community.
