المستخلص: وقعت جامعة المنوفية مع مكتبة الإسكندرية عام ۲۰۱٦ اتفاقية لإنشاء فرع لها داخل الجامعة فيما يسمي بسفارة المعرفة، وبالفعل تم افتتاح السفارة في ۲۰۱۷ خلف مبني كلية العلوم وهي تضم مصادر إلكترونية وقواعد بيانات متنوعة ومتاحة لكافة الباحثين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس مجانا، وكان لوجود هذه السفارة بالقرب من مكتبة كلية الآداب أثرا واضحا على خدمات المعلومات البحثية بمكتبة الكلية. لذا فقد سعت الدراسة لرصد اتجاهات المستفيدين بمكتبة كلية الآداب نحو خدمات المعلومات البحثية المقدمة من سفارة المعرفة من خلال الكشف عن خدمات المعلومات البحثية بسفارة المعرفة من حيث (استخدامها كمصدر للحصول على المعلومات، ووسائل تدعيم خدمات المعلومات البحثية، ودور مسئولي السفارة لتدعيم خدمات المعلومات البحثية ومعوقات استخدام خدمات المعلومات البحثية) وكذلك الكشف عن خدمات المعلومات البحثية بمكتبة كلية الآداب من حيث (الخدمات الحالية والمستحدثة، ووسائل الإفادة من مصادر المعلومات، ووسائل تدعيم خدمات المعلومات البحثية، ودور أخصائي المكتبة في تدعيم خدمات المعلومات البحثية ومعوقات استخدام خدمات المعلومات البحثية)، ثم قياس اتجاهات المستفيدين بمكتبة كلية الآداب نحو خدمات المعلومات البحثية المقدمة من سفارة المعرفة. واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج الوصف التحليلي، ونظرا لكبر حجم مجتمع الدراسة فقد تم الاقتصار على إجمالي أعدد المترددين شهريا على كل من سفارة المعرفة وكلية الآداب بجامعة المنوفية خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني ۲۰۲۰/ 2021 م وتم اختيار عينة مقصودة وهم أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلاب الدراسات العليا وقد بلغ عدد أفراد العينة ٣٥٠ متردد ممن يرتادون سفارة المعرفة وكلية الآداب معا، وتم إعداد استبيان خصص المحور الأول منه لرصد خدمات المعلومات البحثية بسفارة المعرفة - جامعة المنوفية وخصص المحور الثاني لرصد خدمات المعلومات البحثية بمكتبة كلية الآداب -جامعة المنوفية. ولعل أبرز النتائج التي تحققت من الدراسة ازدياد التردد اليومي على سفارة المعرفة بشكل أكبر من مكتبة الكلية، كما أن توافر المصادر الإلكترونية في سفارة المعرفة بنسبة ٨٩% مقابل ٦٠% بما هو متاح من مصادر مختلفة بمكتبة الكلية، وهناك دور واضح السفارة المعرفة في الاعتماد عليها كمصدر أساسي للحصول على المعلومات وشكلت النسبة ۷۰% مقابل ٤٠% يعتمدون على مكتبة الكلية، وازداد هذا الدور مع اهتمام أخصائي المكتبات بسفارة المعرفة في مساعدة أفراد العينة وتقديم خدمات متطورة. كما تم صياغة الاستشهادات المرجعية وفقا لأسلوب APA الذي أعدته الجمعية الأمريكية لعلم النفس.

Menoufia University signed an agreement with the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in 2016 to establish a branch within the university in the so-called “Embassy of Knowledge.” Indeed, the embassy was opened in 2017 behind the Faculty of Science building. From the library of the College of Arts has a clear impact on the research services in the college library, and this is what was achieved through this study. Therefore, the study sought to monitor the impact of the embassy of knowledge on Research Information Services the library of the Faculty of Arts, Menoufia University, by revealing Research Information Services of the embassy of knowledge in terms of (their use as a source for obtaining information, means of strengthening research services, the role of embassy officials to support Research Information Services and obstacles to the use of Research Information Services (as well as Disclose the research services in the library of the College of Arts in terms of (current and new services, means of benefiting from information sources, means of supporting Research Information Services (RIS, the role of the librarian in strengthening research services and obstacles to the use of Research Information Services, then measuring the impact of the knowledge embassy on research services in the library of the faculty of Arts. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and given the large size of the study population, the total number of users per month was limited to the Embassy of Knowledge and the Faculty of Arts at Menoufia University during the second semester 2020/2021 AD. An intentional sample was relied upon, who are faculty staff and graduate students, and the number of respondents was 350 individual, who attended the Embassy of Knowledge and the College of Arts under study together, A questionnaire was prepared, the first axis of which was devoted to monitoring research information services at the Embassy of Knowledge - Menoufia University, and the second axis was devoted to monitoring research information services at the Library of the Faculty of Arts - Menoufia University Perhaps the most prominent results achieved from the study are an increase in the daily frequency of the knowledge embassy more than the college library, and the availability of electronic resources in the knowledge embassy is 89% compared to 60% with what is available from different sources in the college library, and there is a clear role for the embassy of knowledge in accreditation On it as a main source for obtaining information, the percentage constituted 70% compared to 40% who depend on the college library, and this role increased with the interest of the librarian at the Embassy of Knowledge in helping the sample members and providing advanced services. - Reference citations were also drafted according to the APA style.
