المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الفاعلية المهارية لمراكز اللعب للمنتخب المصري للناشئات تحت ٢٠ سنة خلال بطولات العالم للكرة الطائرة بهولندا ۲۰۲۱ م، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وذلك نظرا لمناسبته لطبيعة وهدف البحث، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية لمباريات بطولة العالم للكرة الطائرة بهولندا ۲۰۲۱ م والمتحصل عليها من شبكة المعلومات الدولية للاتحاد الدولي للكرة الطائرة، حيث بلغ إجمالي عدد المباريات (٦٤ مباراة) بواقع (۸ مباريات لكل فريق من الفرق قيد الدراسة خلال مراحل البطولة المختلفة مع ملاحظة وجود بعض المباريات تجمع فريقان من عينة الدراسة، وكانت أهم النتائج تفوق جميع الفرق المشاركة في البطولة على الفريق المصري في كافة المهارات الأساسية فيما يتعلق بقيم التكرارات والنسبة المئوية ومستويات الفاعلية المهارية، كما تفوق جميع الفرق المشاركة في البطولة على الفريق المصري في كافة المهارات الأساسية فيما يتعلق بقيم التكرارات والنسبة المئوية ومستويات الفاعلية المهارية في جميعا مركز اللعب (٢، ٣، ٤) ولجميع تخصصات اللعب (المعد والمدافع الحر)، تعتبر لاعبة مركز (۲) للمنتخب المصري الأكثر فاعلية وتميز في مهارة (الصد) مقارنة بمركز اللعب في المنتخب المصري، كما تعتبر الأكثر فقد للنقاط المهارات الضرب الهجومي والأرسال، والأكثر للأداء المهارى الخاطئ لمهارة الدفاع عن الملعب كما تعتبر لاعبة مركز (۳) للمنتخب المصري الأكثر فاعلية وتميز في مهارة (الضرب والإرسال) مقارنة بمركز اللعب في المنتخب المصري، حيث أنها الأكثر فاعلية في مهارة الضرب والأقل فقد للنقاط المهارة الإرسال، وتعتبر لاعبة مركز (٤) للمنتخب المصري القل فاعلية في مهارة (الضرب والصد) مقارنة بمركز اللعب في المنتخب المصري، والأقل فقد للنقاط لمهارة الأرسال والأقل للأداء الخاطئ للدفاع عن الملعب توصى الباحثة بالاهتمام بقياس وتقييم مستوى الأداء المهارى للاعبي المنتخب المصري وفقا لتخصصاتهم لكافة المنتخبات المصرية، بصورة تتبعيه عقب البطولات والدورات الدولية والأولمبية حتى يتثنى لنا الوقوف على نقاط القوة والضعف بصورة عامة وبشكل تخصصي، وأيضا الاسترشاد بنتائج التحليل الأخصائي لمباريات الكرة الطائرة في تعديل البرامج التدريبية لتلافي نقاط الضعف والقصور في مكونات الحالة التدريبية للاعبين والدى أنعكس أثناء المباريات وأجراء دراسات مماثلة على منتخبات المراحل العمرية المختلفة لناشئي الكرة الطائرة، وأيضا الاهتمام بتطور مستوى الأداء المهاري (للضرب الهجومي، الأرسال والدفاع عن الملعب) للاعبات مركز (۲) وتطوير مستوى الأداء المهارى (للضرب الهجومي، الصد) للاعبات مركز (٤).

The research aims to identify the level of skill effectiveness of the playing centers of the Egyptian national team for women under 20 years during the World Volleyball Championships in Holland 2021 AD. In the Netherlands 2021, which was obtained from the International Information Network of the International Volleyball Federation, where the total number of matches was (64 matches) by (8 matches for each of the teams under study during the various stages of the tournament, noting that there are some matches that combine two teams from a sample study, The most important results were that all teams participating in the tournament outperformed the Egyptian team in all basic skills with regard to the values of repetitions, percentage and levels of skill effectiveness, and all participating teams in the tournament outperformed the Egyptian team in all basic skills with regard to the values of repetitions. And the percentage and levels of skill effectiveness in all of the playing positions (2, 3, 4) and for all playing disciplines (the prepared and the free defender), the player of the center (2) of the Egyptian team is considered the most effective and distinguished in the skill (blocking) compared to the playing position In the Egyptian national team, it is also considered the most lost points for attacking and serving skills, And the most for the wrong skillful performance of the skill of defending the stadium. She is also considered the player of the 3 position of the Egyptian team the most effective and distinguished in the skill (hitting and sending) compared to the playing position in the Egyptian team, as it is the most effective in the skill of hitting and the least loss of points for the skill The transmission, and the player in the center (4) of the Egyptian team is the least effective in the skill (hitting and blocking) compared to the playing center in the Egyptian team, and the least loss of points for the skill of serving and the least for the wrong performance to defend the stadium, the researcher recommends paying attention to measuring and evaluating the skill level of the players The Egyptian team, according to their specializations, for all the Egyptian teams, following the international and Olympic tournaments and courses, so that we can stand on the strengths and weaknesses in general and in a specialized way. And also to be guided by the results of the specialized analysis of volleyball matches in modifying the training programs to avoid weaknesses and shortcomings in the components of the training status of the players, which was reflected during the matches and conducting similar studies on the teams of different age groups for volleyball juniors, as well as paying attention to the development of the level of skill performance (For offensive hitting, serving and defending the field) for center players (2) and developing the level of skill performance (offensive hitting, blocking) for center players (4)
