المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو استخدام الاستبانة الإلكترونية، والتعرف إلى سلبيات استخدام الاستبانة الإلكترونية، فضلا عن التعرف إلى معوقات استخدام الاستبانة الإلكترونية، والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسط درجات اتجاهات عينة الدراسة نحو استخدام الاستبانة الإلكترونية والتي تعزى لمتغيري: (الجنس، ونوع الجامعة). استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليتي التربية بجامعتي البطانة والقرآن الكريم وتأصيل العلوم بالسودان للعام الدراسي ۲۰۲۰ - ۲۰۲۱م، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وتكونت من عدد (۷۰) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بنسبة بلغت (٢٥%) من المجتمع الكلي للدراسة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج منها: توجد اتجاهات إيجابية نحو استخدام الاستبانة الإلكترونية بوسط حسابي ٤,٣١ وبدرجة تقديرية عالية جدا، وتحققت سلبيات استخدام الاستبانة الإلكترونية بوسط حسابي ۳٫۸۳ وبدرجة تقديرية عالية، وتحققت معوقات استخدام الاستبانة الإلكترونية بوسط حسابي ٤,١٢ وبدرجة عالية، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات اتجاهات عينة الدراسة نحو استخدام الاستبانة الإلكترونية تعزى للنوع لصالح الإناث، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات اتجاهات عينة الدراسة نحو استخدام الاستبانة الإلكترونية تعزى لنوع الجامعة. وبناء على النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها خرجت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات منها: ضرورة اهتمام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات باستخدام الاستبانة الإلكترونية؛ لما لها مميزات متعددة لاسيما في ظل أزمنة الجوائح الأوبئة.

The study aimed to identify the approaches of academic staff towards the use of the electronic questionnaire, and to identify the disadvantages as well as the hindrances of using electronic questionnaire. In addition, the study aims to identify the statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample’s tendencies towards the use of electronic questionnaire, which are attributed to the two variables: (sex and type of university). The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and the study community consisted of academic staff in the Faculties of Education at the Universities of Al-Butana, the Holy Qur’an and Ta’sul Science in Sudan during the academic year 2020-2021. The study sample was selected in a simple random way and consisted of (70) faculty members, at a rate of (25%) of the total study population; the data was then analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The study reached several results, including: There are positive tendencies towards using the electronic questionnaire with an average of 4.31 and a very high estimate degree, the disadvantages of using the electronic questionnaire were ascertained with an average of 3.83 and a high estimate degree, and the hindrances behind the use of electronic questionnaire were reached. The electronic questionnaire has an arithmetic mean of 4.12 and a high degree. In addition, there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the study sample’s tendencies towards the use of the electronic questionnaire due to gender in favor of females, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the study sample’s tendencies towards the use of the electronic questionnaire due to the type of university. Based on the results that were reached, the study came out with some recommendations, including: the need for academic staff in universities to pay attention to the use of electronic questionnaire due to the numerous advantages, especially in times of pandemics and epidemics.
