|b This research presents entrepreneurship as a multidisciplinary field, this growing interest over time by researchers and practitioners through different conceptions have contributed to the formalization and structuring of this To become a full-fledged research field. The shift from a descriptive approach focusing mainly on the traits of entrepreneurs towards a behavioural approach during the end of the years 90 has enabled the exploitation of new research leads through the integration of Concept of competency.
|d Cette recherche présente l’entrepreneuriat comme étant un champ multidisciplinaire, cet intérêt croissant au fil du temps par les chercheurs et praticiens à travers des conceptions différentes ont contribué à la formalisation et structuration de ce dernier pour devenir un champ de recherche à part entière. Le passage d’une approche descriptive se focalisant principalement sur les traits de caractères des entrepreneurs vers une approche comportementale durant la fin de années 90 a permis l’exploitation de nouvelles pistes de recherches à travers l’intégration du concept de compétence
