المستخلص: يتناول البحث الأحاديث النبوية المتعلقة بطاعة أولي الأمر - في صحيح مسلم دراسة بلاغية تحليلية، في محاولة جادة للإجابة على بعض الأسئلة المطروحة عن هذا الموضوع؛ من مثل: هل على الرعية واجب طاعة أولي الأمر طاعة مطلقة؟ وإذا كان الجواب بالنفي؛ فما حدود تلك الطاعة؟ وما الحكمة من كثرة الأحاديث النبوية الواردة في هذا الباب؟ وما الحكمة من تحصين مقام الأمير أو ولي الأمر إلى هذا الحد؟ وإلى أي مدى تمكننا دراسة الأحاديث النبوية (موضوع البحث) دراسة بلاغية تحليلية من الوقوف على دقائق المعنى، ومن ثم على الحدود الدقيقة لواجبات وحقوق كلا الطرفين؛ الراعي والرعية؟ وكيف كانت السنة النبوية تبيانا وتفصيلا لآيات الذكر الحكيم؟ وكيف كان سياقها ومقتضى الحال موجها لمسارات معانيها؟ كما حاول الباحث - من خلال دراسته البلاغية التحليلية - الاستدلال على أن البلاغة النبوية وحي من وحي، وإعجاز من إعجاز، وأنها كانت تمثيلا حقيقيا لمعانيها؛ بحيث لا يمكن الفصل بين دوائرها ودوائر المعاني، فهي ليست حلة وفائض زينة للخطاب النبوي، فكلاهما متلبس بالآخر، والدراسة التي بين أيدينا، على هذا النحو، تسعى لتحقيق رؤى ناضجة في تأويل أحاديث طاعة أولي الأمر.

The research investigates the Prophetic Hadiths related to rulers’ obedience in Sahih Muslim. A rhetorical and analytical study that seriously attempts to answer some questions raised by this topic. For instance, are the subjects obligated to obey the rulers absolutely? And if the answer is no, what are the limits of this obedience? What is the wisdom of the many prophetic hadiths about this matter? What is the wisdom of strengthening the position of the prince or ruler to this extent? And to what extent does the analytical and rhetorical study of the Prophetic hadiths (the subject of the research) enable us to stand on the subtleties of meaning and then the precise limits of the duties and rights of both parties, the ruler and subjects? And how was the Sunnah of the Prophet a clarification and elaboration of the Holy Quran verses? And how was Sunnah’s context of situation a director to its paths of meanings. The researcher also tried- through his analytical rhetorical study- to infer that the prophetic rhetoric is a revelation from a revelation, a miracle from a miracle, and that it was a true representation of its meanings, so that it is not possible to separate its circles from the circles of meanings, as it is not a suit and an excess of adornment for the prophetic speech. They are both interrelated, and the present study, in this way, seeks to achieve mature visions in the interpretation of obedience hadiths to rulers.
