المستخلص: ظاهرة التطفيف وبخس الحقوق إحدى الظواهر السيئة التي يعود ضررها على الفرد والمجتمع، والحديث عن خطورتها وأسبابها وعلاجها في غاية الأهمية. وهذه الدراسة محاولة لإبراز طريقة القرآن الكريم- من خلال سورة المطففين في علاج هذه الظاهرة. وهي عبارة عن تأملات في آيات هذه السورة الكريمة، ومحاولة استنباط أساليب العلاج التي عرضتها هذه السورة بأساليبها المختلفة. وكل ذلك بعد التقديم بتمهيد بين يدي السورة، وبيان معنى التطفيف بمفهومه الشامل، وحكمه وتحذير الشارع منه. وقد خلص الباحث إلى أن سورة المطففين عالجت هذه الظاهرة من أول آياتها إلى آخرها بعدة أساليب، منها ما هو مباشر، ومنها ما ليس كذلك، إلا أن آيات السورة جميعا تخدم هذا الهدف وإن تباينت الأساليب. ويوصي الباحث بضرورة استنباط أساليب علاج هذه الظاهرة في السور الأخرى من القرآن الكريم والتي جاءت في ست سور عدا سورة المطففين. حتى تكتمل الدراسة لهذا الأمر البالغ الأهمية. وقد انتهج الباحث في هذه الدراسة المناهج الثلاثة: الاستقرائي والتحليلي والاستنباطي.

The phenomenon of not giving full measure and weight in justice and violating the right of others is one of the worst phenomena that is harmful to the individual and society. Therefore, discussing its gravity, causes and treatment is very important. This study is an attempt to highlight the Quran method through surat ul-Mutaf-fifoun in treating this phenomenon. It is a reflection on the verses of this noble surah, and a try to elicit the treatment methods presented by the surah in its various ways. This came after an introduction that has paved the way before talking about the surah itself. In order to show the meaning of not giving full measure and weight in justice in its comprehensive sense, the ruling regarding it and the warning of sharia against it. The researcher has found that Surat ul-Mutaf-fifoun has dealt with this phenomenon from the beginning of the surah to its end in several ways, directly or indirectly. However, all the verses of the surah serve this goal, even if the methods differ. The researcher recommends, for the study of this very important matter to be complete, the necessity to elicit the methods of treating this phenomenon in other chapters of the Holy Quran. Which comes in six chapters save surat ul-Mutaf-fifoun. In this study, the researcher adopted the three approaches: inductive, analytical and deductive.
