|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى رأس المال الروحي والهناء النفسي والتحقق من القدرة التنبؤية لرأس المال الروحي بالهناء النفسي، والكشف عن الفروق بينهما، وفقا لمتغير الجنس، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (213) مسنا من محافظة الخليل، استخدم الباحث مقياس رأس المال الروحي إعداد (أبو دوح، 2014) ومقياس الهناء النفس إعداد Ryff, (1989)، ترجمة الباحث، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى رأس المال الروحي جاء بدرجة مرتفعة جدا، ووجود فروق في رأس المال الروحي تعزى لمتغير (الجنس) على الدرجة الكلية وبعدي (العصمة الإيمانية، والتعلق بالله) لصالح (الإناث) في حين تبين أنه لا توجد فروق في الأبعاد الأخرى، وبينت النتائج أن مستوى الهناء النفسي جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، ووجود فروق في الهناء النفسي تعزى لمتغير (الجنس) على الدرجة الكلية وأبعاد (الاستقلالية، والإتقان البيئي، والنمو الشخصي، والهدف من الحياة) لصالح (الذكور) في حين تبين أنه لا توجد فروق على الأبعاد الأخرى، ووجود قدرة تنبؤية لرأس المال الروحي على الهناء النفسي.
|b The study aimed to identify the level of spiritual capital and psychological well-being and to verify the predictive ability of spiritual capital to psychological well-being, and to reveal the differences between them, according to the gender variable. the study sample consisted of (213) elderly people from Hebron Governorate, the researcher used the spiritual capital scale prepared (Abu Douh, 2014) and psychological well-being scale prepared (Ryff, 1989), translated by the researcher, The results of the study showed that the level of spiritual capital came to a very high degree, and there were differences in spiritual capital due to the variable (sex) on the total degree and two dimensions (faith infallibility and attachment to God) in favor of (females), while it was found that there are no differences in other dimensions. the results showed that the level of psychological well-being came to a high degree, and there were differences in psychological well-being due to the variable (sex) on the total degree and dimensions (independence, environmental proficiency, personal growth, and life purpose) in favor of (males), while it was found that there are no differences in the dimensions the other and the presence of a predictive ability of spiritual capital on psychological well-being.
