المستخلص: مؤسسات المعلومات هي منظمات ذات طابع خدمي غير ربحي بطبيعة عملها وتعتبر من أهم مراكز المعلومات بالدول كونها تخدم الشريحة المثقفة والمتعلمة ومنها المكتبات الجامعية الإلكترونية ولغرض الوصول لأعلى مستوى في جودة تقديم الخدمات فهي بحاجة مستمرة للتقييم الدوري لخدماتها، فمشكلة هذه الدراسة هي التفاوت في معرفة مدى واقع خدمات المعلومات للمكتبة الإلكترونية المقدمة وما يدركه المستفيدين وما يتوقعه. تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم جودة خدمات المعلومات للمكتبة الإلكترونية لجامعة الإمام الرضا العالمية (ع) باستعمال مقياس LibQual الذي يمكن من خلاله معرفة مدى واقع الخدمة المقدمة وما يدركه المستفيدين وما يتوقعه. ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعة ممن استخدم المكتبة لأكثر من ثلاث مرات ومن أهم النتائج أن الخدمات الإلكترونية المقدمة في المكتبة الإلكترونية لم تكن مرضية لتطلعات مستخدميها فيما يتعلق بالوصول إلى الموارد الإلكترونية وإتاحة مصادر المعلومات وضعف في خدمات البث الانتقائي للمعلومات التي تقدمها المكتبة إضافة لمواجهة الطلاب صعوبات باستخدام فهرس المكتبة وذلك لتعقيد عمليات البحث وعدم المعرفة الكافية بطريقة استخدامه وأوصت الدراسة على توفر أمناء المكتبات الشروط اللازمة لجعل مصادر المعلومات التي يحتاجها المستخدمون متاحة يقترح أن يتم تصميم موقع المكتبة على الإنترنت بطريقة توفر بشكل دوري خدمات البث الانتقائي للمعلومات وفق لتخصصات مستخدميها إضافة إلى توصية أن تقوم المكتبة ببرامج التدريبات المناسبة فيما يتعلق باستخدام فهرسها في شكل ورش عمل، وإعداد أدلة لاستخدامها.

Information institutions are organizations with a non-profit service nature by the nature of their work and are considered one of the most important information centers in countries since they provide services to educated and cultured people, including electronic university libraries, and for the purpose of reaching the highest level in the quality of service provision, and their services need periodic evaluation. The problem of this study is the disparity in knowing the extent of the information services provided by the electronic library and what the beneficiaries realize and expect. The aim of this study is to assess the quality of information services for the library The electronic library of Imam Al-Ridha International University (pbuh) using the LibQual scale. Using this scale, we can know the extent of the reality of the service provided and what the beneficiaries realize and what they expect. The population of this study consist of post graduate students in the Imam Al-Ridha International University who used the library more than three times. The most important results are that the electronic services provided in the electronic library were not satisfactory to the aspirations of its users with regard to access to electronic resources and the availability of information sources, and weakness in the services of selective broadcasting of information provided by the library, in addition students are facing difficulties using the library index due to the complexity Searches and lack of sufficient knowledge of how to use it. The study recommended that librarians should provide the necessary conditions to make the sources of information needed by users are available. It is also, suggested that the library website should be designed on the Internet in a way that periodically provides selective broadcasting services for information according to the specializations of its users. Moreover, the study recommend that the library should make appropriate training programs regarding to the use of its index in the form of workshops, and the preparation of guides for its use.
